In the immediate vicinity of the city center of Carentan, Mecca of the D-Day landings of 1944 (all services, restaurants, market, marina...), this 150 m² house, which can accommodate up to 10 people, has been completely redesigned in a contemporary way with a large bright living room giving direct access to a heated swimming pool (7 m x 3.5m) and an enclosed and private plot of more than 1,500 m². The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, extractor, fridge with freezer units, toaster, hob, coffee maker).
