Justin, Thank you again for staying with us. We are so sorry that our home didn't live up to your expectations. I'm not sure what the age of the house has to do with anything. It was actually built in 2000 and we lived in it for 20 years. It's disheartening that you would claim that the house is not well maintained. We go to great lengths to provided a place that goes above and beyond. For 4 years now, we have straight 5 star reviews not only on this platform but also on the other very well known competitor platform. I encourage everyone to take the time to read the reviews. Is it coincedence that you decided to post a non credible review right after I messaged you about the damage in the house? (broken playstation remote, grossly scratched up kitchen table and stained dresser) You are correct about there being a stain on the ceiling that is in the master bedroom and in the hallway. The AC and hot water heater are in the attic and our AC contractor needs it to be running to see if it's coming from there so that it can be fixed and then the ceiling painted. Clearly, we are coming out of winter and the weather hasn't been to where the AC is running. It makes no sense to paint and then have to do it again if there's more water damage. I'm sure you can understand the thought process there. I find it puzzling that you claim spiders and flies. That has never been the case. In fact our exterminator was there not even a month ago for the quarterly service. And no, there are no roaches in the house, there never have been. We do have an owners closet in the kitchen. If you have stated in a VRBO before, you should understand that there is one in every home. Your claim of a camera on the security panel is 100% false. That would be illegal first of all and second, there isn't a camera ANYWHERE in the house! As far as the beeping you claim....yes, if you open a door, the security panel is going to beep to let you know a door is open. The high end BOSCH dishwasher that's in the kitchen will also beep when it's finished cycling so you know your dishes are clean and finally, the refrigerator will beep if you don't have the doors shut properly. These things are no different that anybody elses homes. Again, I am very sorry that you didn't like our home. I wish that you had called while you were there if all these things were such a problem and an issue. You asked about the beeps the day after you checked in AFTER I messaged you to make sure that you had gotten settled in and to see if there was anything we could do for you all. I answered your question and then never heard another word from you. Again, we are sorry and wish you all the best!
