Property is located on One Acre of land where the Owners live in the front main house but have gated the area around the Casita for your complete privacy. We have our privacy and you have yours. NO parties allowed. NO unregistered guests unless owners are notified and approve.

Property is on a Water Well and Septic System. ALL the water that enters the Casita is filtered. In addition, we have a Reverse Osmosis-filtration system in the kitchen for drinking and cooking. We suggest disposing of toilet paper in the waste basket.

We are located in a quite rural area of Castro Valley but only a short 5 min car ride to town of Castro Valley and city of San Ramon.
