You are at the medieval tower of Disonche (remodeled in 1530), the oldest building in Sallanches, the town in the Pays du Mont-Blanc.
During your stay, you are the only residents of the tower in the heart of a private park of one hectare.
You have the entire 2nd floor served by a private elevator, renovated with all modern comforts and composed of three bedrooms. A medieval stone staircase also leads to your apartment.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a choice (to be specified when booking) of a double bed (160 or 180 cm) or two single beds (2x80 or 2x90 cm).
The day space is composed of a large room including the living room, the kitchen and the dining room.
The 360-degree view overlooking the town is breathtaking: the Mont-Blanc chain to the east, the Aravis chain to the west, the Aiguille de Varan (or Warens) to the north.
Three car spaces are reserved for you in a private and covered parking lot, under the tower.
People with reduced mobility are welcome: everything is on the same level as the parking lot to the living area via the private lift.
A large grass terrace to the east for outdoor summer meals with or without barbecue, another to the west for the hottest days.
From June to September, you have a private and heated outdoor infinity pool, installed on the terrace to the south of the tower, with a view of Mont Blanc.
In winter, you are close to all the largest ski areas in the Pays du Mont-Blanc: Chamonix (25mn), Megève (15mn), Saint-Gervais (15mn), Combloux (10mn), Les Contamines (25mn), the Espace Diamant (25mn), the Grand Massif (25mn).
In summer, the most beautiful mountain excursions await you and the lake of Passy is 5 minutes away by car, as are the lakes of Ilettes.
For day trips by car, Annecy, Geneva (Switzerland) and the Aosta Valley (Italy) are 50 minutes away.
