This cottage is located in a small medieval town in the Gâtinais region, crisscrossed by numerous streams, offering pleasant and peaceful walks. You can stroll through the streets and admire the typical old architecture of the houses, where you might discover a church dating from the 10th and 12th centuries, the House of Joan of Arc from the 15th century, and more. Just 100 meters from shops and the Château de la Motte, rebuilt in 1609, it is also only 20 minutes from Montargis, nicknamed "The Venice of the Gâtinais" with its 132 bridges and footbridges!
An ideal location for holidays with family, friends, or for business trips. The house has a private entrance, with a few steps leading to the first floor where a terrace and the cottage entrance are located. From this terrace, you can access the private garden by descending the spiral staircase. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a separate bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine), a cozy living room, and a connecting bedroom (Bedroom #1) with a double bed (140x190cm) leading to bedroom #2 with two single beds (90x190cm).

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: bedroom #3, an attic room with a double bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x190cm), and bedroom #4, also an attic room, with a double bed (180x200cm).

The ground floor of the house is dedicated to the owner's professional activity: a reflexology and wellness practice. The practice is accessed through the garden gate, ensuring separate entrances for each client.

The garden is partially enclosed, as a stream, "La Fausse Rivière," runs alongside it. It includes a gravel area and a lawn. Public parking on the street.

All-inclusive rate: bed linens provided and beds made upon arrival, towels included, end-of-stay cleaning included, and heating included up to 15 kWh per day, corresponding to reasonable and sustainable consumption. Any excess consumption will be charged on-site based on the meter reading.
