Single family home in lovely Michigan Park area of Washington, DC. 3BR (plus a large attic with a queen bed), 2 baths that can accommodate 8 people. Conveniently located minutes away from universities and two metro stations. Tons of amenities: washer/dryer, central air, 2-car rear parking deck, front porch and back patio, HUGE yard for relaxing or entertaining, gas grill, fast wifi, TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Beautiful hardwood floors and nice kitchen and bathrooms.

House Rules
1. Please respect the space.
2. Please remove your shoes upon entry.
3. Smoking is welcome, BUT please do not smoke inside of the house (on the front porch or back patio is fine).
4. Check out is out 12pm. Before checking out, please:
a. Clean up and collect all belongings, trash and debris from in and around the house.
b. Take the trash from around the house and put it in the large trashcans in the back yard (next to the alley).
c. Wash the used dishes or run dishwasher.
d. Put clean dishes away.
e. Empty the refrigerator.
f. Turn off all lights.
g. Turn off the air conditioners or turn the heat down to 60 degrees.
h. Send us a text when you depart.
5. The reserving guest must provide the host with a copy of the front and back of his/ her driver's license (or government issued identification). Without a copy of the noted identification, check-in details will not be provided and the reservation will be treated as a guest initiated cancellation on the day of check-in. Reserving guests are agreeing to this policy/ stipulation upon booking.
