Guest access
24-hour entry/access is provided through an electronic keypad on the front door. You will be given the access code prior to your arrival.

This listing is the entire house, including the garage and backyard.

The neighborhood is quiet, but with a lot of activity due to being on the golf course, especially during the summer with weddings and functions at the clubhouse.

We do have a Ring doorbell camera and a front yard Ring camera for security purposes (they are not actively monitored)

SKIERS! The garage has boot and glove dryers, racks for skis and snowboards as well as closets to store ski gear.

We have 2 cruiser bikes if guests would like to ride around the neighborhood or do a quick jaunt to the store.

NO SMOKING- if someone in your group does smoke, please let us know in advance so we can set up our designated smoking area on the side of the house. No smoking in the house, on decks, in the backyard, or in front of the house.

SERVICE ANIMALS- we ask that you please consider staying at another property. We respect and appreciate the value and need of service animals, however, we have family members (and possible future guests) who are severely allergic and need (request) a pet-free home. Thank you!
