This spacious house converted into a gîte extends over 160 m², spread over two floors, with 5 comfortable bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen, the laundry room with washing machine, and the two bathrooms add a touch of practicality to your stay. Enjoy convivial moments in the living-dining room, and relax in the large private garden with a terrace, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue for memorable evenings.



In addition to these amenities, the gîte has free access to all the facilities of the Camping La Garangeoire (accessible on foot). Dive into the heated water park, have fun in the play areas, go on an adventure with the pedal go-kart circuit, or let your children enjoy the children\'s club, or also appreciate the 200 hectares of woods and hiking trails. Horse lovers can also enjoy the equestrian center, for an additional fee.



The rental prices include all consumption (water, gas, electricity) as well as access to the campsite\'s facilities. For a complete experience, additional services such as a grocery store, a restaurant, takeaway meals, and a bar are available on site.
