Everything was as promised, access to the Hilton was a big plus. We did not use the e-bikes but made good use of all the pool things.

Big island stay

Perfect pool, with great outdoor area for lawn games. Well stocked kitchen and amazingly supplied beach gear.

An incredibly lovely new home with absolutely everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Home is as pictured if not even nicer. Would definitely stay again.

Waikoloa Beach

We had a fantastic week here with my parents and son. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. So much room inside and an incredible yard and pool outside.

Incredible house and very family friendly

The house is amazing! The pool is great, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, everything was just perfect. The house is stocked with all of the necessary utensils, towels, and beach equipment. We will definitely stay here again if we're back on the Big Island!

Beautiful house, thoroughly appointed. The view is astonishing.

Three generations used the house to relax between excursions on the Big Island. Very comfortable.

Paradise among the lava rocks

Beautiful property in a nice community near beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. Our Family of seven fit well. We would come again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It is very attractively decorated and works out perfectly for 8 guests. The main living area is in the center of the house - kitchen, dining table for 8 and the living room. This whole area looks out to the lovely lanai and pool. Two bedrooms are on one side of the living area and the other two are on the other side. There is an ensuite bedroom in each bedroom area. There is a 3rd bathroom on one side, but it isn't ensuite. The listing says it sleeps 10. I guess there was a pullout sofabed in the living room. It would be awkward to have someone sleeping in the living room. We loved the beautiful pool area with the ever changing views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. The garage is full of bikes, beach equipment, and a ping pong table. The only thing missing is boxes of kleenex in the bathrooms.

Perfect Home for Big Island Vacation

We loved the home itself for 2 families with 4 teenagers. The pool is great as was the hot tub which we used every night. The location was also very convenient. Our only complaint is that the hotel you get access to has no beach access which was really disappointing so we didn’t get to take advantage of that amenity.

House with spectacular mountain views!

We had a beautiful, relaxing fun filled week at this Hawaiian pottery barn house. They had the house fully equipped with everything you need to insure a wonderful week. Everything from the views to the comfortable beds helps create an amazing experience! Enjoy a fantastic week! We want to come back!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was very spacious and designed as a Hawaiian escape. Loved that there was a Ninja blender. Other amenities needed a refresh though like pots and pans, pool beds, etc. Pool alarm should have a deactivation button if all guests are adults.

Wonderful stay— isolated

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at Ainamalu 69-9226. The property has everything you need, but only 2 bathrooms, and the Master Bedroom’s shower flooded the first time it was used. The company sent someone over relatively quickly to fix it.

Great experience!

We were a 2-family group with 4 adults and 5 kids. The house was spacious and well-appointed. We had a nice pool, hot tub, and lots of pool/beach equipment we could use during our 1-week trip. Very quiet neighborhood and not too much within walking distance, but several restaurants, stores, and beaches were only a short drive away. Highly recommended overall.

Perfect Choice For Our Family of Ten

First of all, the communication with the Property Management Team was outstanding. They were always prompt with detailed information. Just great customer service from the beginning to the end! The home itself was very nice. Well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The electric bikes were a fun addition. The pool was a big hit every day,.

Absolute Paradise

This property was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family. The house layout allowed grandkids to be loud in their bedroom and grandparents to have quiet in their bedroom. The house is truly decked out with everything you will need. From beach gear to kitchen spices it has it all. The backyard is where we spent the bulk of our time. The pool and spa are amazing, the baja step was perfect for little kids. We all left hoping we could return again soon.

Fantastic property - one of the best we’ve rented on vrbo!

Amazing property - super comfortable, very spacious and looks like something out of a pottery barn catalogue! The pool and spa and outdoor living areas were fantastic and enjoyed by our multigenerational family vacationing on the Big Island. Unlike many other properties we’ve rented, this propert is very well equipped and the welcome package included ample toilet and kitchen paper and dishwasher tablets to last most/all of the week. There’s a nicely stocked spice cabinet, some cooking oils, and high quality kitchen pots, pans and utensils. A pineapple slicer is a must when in Hawaii! Overall, 10/10!!

Clean and comfortable

Very clean, very comfortable. Lots of amenities. Location is convenient to nearby resorts, but far from other highlights on the Big Island. We wanted a more quiet vacation, so the location was perfect for our needs. 2 seniors and also a 2 year old in our group. No toys for the kiddo in the house (some rentals have them), but we came prepared. No steps in the house - so it's great for Seniors. A/C temp was locked in, which mean we couldn't adjust it below a certain temp. Being able to adjust the temperature would have made a pregnant family member more comfortable. Didn't reach out to see if it could be adjusted - so it didn't affect our rating. We would absolutely rent this home again. Everything was super smooth.

Such a great stay

We were a party of seven adults who felt like we did truly get a home full of Aloha! Spacious, clean and well designed. It is stocked with everything you need for a kitchen! And we loved having bikes and so much beach gear to use. But the patio, pool and its velvety heated water is where we spent most of our time. The hot tub works with a 30 minute warm up. Grocery stores and shopping are close by and 5 beautiful beaches are within 15 minutes. None of us have any complaint. It was a great home away from home. The pool alarm on the patio doors takes some getting used to but it’s Hawaii state law. We would definitely rent again.
