This condo is beautiful! It is very clean and exceeded my expectations. The owners are wonderful, sweet people. I have stayed at various locations within St. Augustine. This is the only one I have taken the time to rate and the only one I will look forward to planning a return visit! Thank you Kevin and Kay!!

Excellent decor and ocean views

We visited St. Augustine for our anniversary and a friend's birthday. The access to the beach was great. The décor was very nice. A very nice pool. The balconies were a plus and had a nice ocean view. The condo had everything we needed. We would rent again.

Beautiful condo

True to pictures, this condo is beautifully decorated and maintained.While it is not oceanfront the huge balcony still offers a view of the ocean. The unit is well stocked and even offers 4 beach chairs (well used) and a beach umbrella. Being an end unit this condo has wrap around windows offering ample light and I feel more square feet. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to relax. The owner is available to communicate with if any problems should arise. Great stay!

This unit by far is the best place I have ever rented in the last 20 years of travel. When you look at all the amazing pictures online seeing is exactly what you get. The unit is immaculate and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. We only needed to bring beach towels and are clothes. We had everything we needed to cook and the comfort of the unit we truly felt at home. If you are looking for the most beautiful beach, pool, and short driving distance to St Augustine this is the place for you! The owner Kevin and the Property Manager Patty went way above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing family vacation.

loved it loved it loved it!

It had comfort, décor, location. The owners have taken such a personal touch to this condo. Everything you needed was there. We have been coming to st. Augustine for over 40 years and it was nice not to complain about anything. I hope their will be availability to come back again.

Wonderful Vacation!

We absolutely loved this place! The condo was modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Our 8yr old son and 6 yr old daughter loved the boogie boards and sand toys that were provided. We easily walked to the beach every day and loved how our condo had views of the ocean and overlooked the pool. I wish we never had to leave.

Perfect summer vacation

What a wonderful condo. Lovely to look at and very comfortable, I felt like I was in a model home. The beach is within easy walking distance, the water is warm and beach was great to walk on in the morning. We traveled with the grandsons who are 9 and 13. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch them in the pool without sitting in the hot sun. The only thing that would make this rating off the charts would to have a king size bed in the master but that sure will not keep us from returning year after year. We are counting the days until retirement and are able to rent it for the winter. Thanks for a memorable summer vacation.

Beautiful place!

The condo is beautiful! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make dinner and breakfast. Opening up the blinds and being able to see all the way to the ocean was nice. The double decks are great! The huge windows and lots of light was nice. The beach is very wide and clean. Short drive to downtown Saint Augustine and restaurants. The pool closed at 10 but several times there were children playing which did not bother us because you could not hear them from inside. I loved staying here! This condo was just peaceful and relaxing and I wish I didn't have to leave! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We were so pleased with our stay at Sea Place , the condo was amazing definitely didn't want to leave! Everything was decorated so cute. We are already planning to be back next year! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful place!

Love this place!

This was the perfect place to stay. The condo is brand new, spotless inside and beautifully appointed. There was a fabulous view of the beach & pool from every window and the balconies on both floors. The beach was wide and clean; I was surprised how much room there was for easy biking. The kitchen had every dish and tool we needed for dinners at home. Gotta say, it was hard to leave! I wish I could spend the whole winter here!

A gorgeous property. Beautifully decorated, living in luxury for a week. Did not want to go home. Kay and Kevin have provided a well appointed, comfortable condo. I cannot wait to come back. They may to have me evicted. Thanks again for a great week.

Beautiful Condo

I booked this for my daughter & her family and we stayed in another unit. Very well appointed condo with plenty of space & a great location. We have stayed at Sea Place several times & this is one of the best units there. Will definitely book again and recommend to our friends.

Great stay

This property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located on a great part of the beach and very convenient to stores! My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

My wife and I (the owners) ,find this review confusing as our guest's written review mentions how beautiful the condo is and that they had an enjoyable stay and would rent again but the stars awarded were only three despite the very positive written review. Since the written review is quite positive and does not match the number of stars awarded I think our guest made a mistake with the stars .Anyway prior to owning our Sea Place condo we were renters at many condos in St Augustine so we have tried with the Sea Place unit to offer a real first class luxury experience to enable our guests to truly enjoy there stay with us.

Beautiful!Fun!

This condo was all I hoped it to be. They owners renovated it and it is beautiful and luxurious. They have everything here that you need for a fun vacation and for some downtime during afternoon rain showers. The pool is right off of the condo and the beach is too. We will definately be back!

Our family has been vacationing at Sea Place for years. This condo is absolutely beautiful! The remodel to this units is gorgeous with amazing upgrades . With out a doubt, we will be booking this condo again for another memorable family vacation! Thank you Kevin and Kay!
