The property is located on the southern end of Carolina Beach away from all of the hustle and bustle of the north end traffic (two streets away from Kure beach). Enjoy ocean views from almost every room in the home. Property has its own private deck with private entrance/exit to lower garden/dog run. Enjoy the beautiful wood deck that overlooks the ocean. Brand new bar height table and chairs on deck to enjoy the beautiful views. Two covered parking spaces are under the condo (with extra paid parking in the same lot). Inside you will find flat screen TV's with app access. No need to pack bottled water as the condo provides a water dispenser. Keurig coffee pot is provided (uses pods for single cup or grounds to make a whole pot). Beautiful hardwood floors are throughout the home complimented by updated bathroom fixtures and fresh paint. Master and front rooms have queen beds. Middle bedroom has a twin over full bed with twin trundle. This provides sleeping for up to 8 people. Queen air mattress can be provided if needed for an additional two person sleeping. A famous and favorite local beach bar, The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is in close walking distance. Carolina Beach boardwalk is a short drive or bike ride away. Downtown Wilmington with active night life, Cape Fear River Walk, shops and many restaurants is a short 15-20 minute drive away. Pets are welcomed with the proper security deposits and fees in place ($50 per night) as well as complete description of animal/animals that will be staying on premises. 2 car maximum parking (7 Ft Height restriction).
