Magnificent studio of 28m2 in the 9th arrondissement near Grands Boulevards and Montmartre. Renovated, this accommodation located in a quiet area is ideal for 2 people. You will have an elegant interior (1 queensize bed) and many amenities (oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, refrigerator, TV etc.). Sheets and towels (1 per person) will be provided. Please note that self-check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 11am.<br>The accommodation<br>Before you make your reservation, we would like to inform you of a few important things.<br><br>First of all, please note that there is no dryer in the apartment, however the laundry room is 2 minutes walk from our apartment.<br><br>The photo may seem bigger than the real thing! This studio is 28m2. Please take this into consideration.<br><br>In addition, we provide one towel per person and one bath mat, regardless of the number of days of your booking.<br><br>A few guests have occasionally mentioned the noise of the elevator. Please take into consideration if you are sensitive to noise (the apartment however overlooks a very quiet courtyard)<br><br>- Ideally located near Montmartre, Grands Boulevards and the Sacré-Coeur Basilica. You will be located near many tourist sites.<br><br>- The studio is on the first floor, overlooking the courtyard.<br>- Check-in is self-contained and is from 3pm and check-out is until 11am on the day of departure.<br>- You will have a set of keys at your disposal.<br><br>The accommodation:<br><br>- Equipped with a sofa, coffee table, queen-size bed, TV, dining table for 2 people and storage.<br>- A nice fully equipped kitchen: microwave, washing machine, (no dryer) fridge, coffee machine and kitchen utensils.<br>- A walk-in bathroom, a sink, a hairdryer<br>-one towel provided per person<br>- Separate toilets.
