The Greyhaven home might not be on the beach, but the spaciousness makes up for that. Great for a smaller group or a larger one! Plenty of places to spread out!

This property has 3 bedrooms, including 1 king, 2 queens, and a sleeper futon. All bedrooms include a tv.

Along with a bunk room! Yes, a room just for the bunk beds! Which has 2 bunk beds and a single. So, 5 total twin beds!! With a TV!!

Two full baths! And a half bath!

Also, Greyhaven has 2 living spaces!!! In the living room you have a tv and the room is opened to the dining room that seats 6 and to the kitchen, where the bar seats 5! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you cooking needs.

Travel down the hall to the game room! Includes a TV, large sectional along with a pool table! Plenty of board games!

And we can’t forget the Florida Room! Such a great place to just sit and take in the day!
There is also a roomy deck! Lots of lizards to watch!!

BUGS
Florida is a tropical state with many large flying bugs & beetles. Although we employ a professional pest control monthly service, you may still see some bugs during your stay with us, especially the Asian Cockroach. This small brown cockroach lives outdoors and may follow you into the house because it is a STRONG flier and is attracted to the light. But please do not be alarmed as they are not harmful and die quickly inside the home. Keep all external doors and windows always closed to minimize your exposure to these bugs (and to keep the air-conditioning inside).
