We suggest you book for your vacation a typical 70m² house with incredible views of the sea and Fort Enet.

Exceptional location on the Plage aux Coquillages in Anse du Saillant, sheltered from the prevailing winds, easy to access, just 1.3 km from the town center.

House which truly has a soul, benefiting from a pretty garden with trees, complete with garden furniture and Weber barbecue.

Large living room with sea view and library.
Equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle); new household appliances.
Kitchen table for indoor dining.
3 bedrooms (1 new 160 cm bed, 1 new 140 cm bed, 1 new 140 cm bed)
1 Powder room
2 toilets
Summer cooking for returning from fishing
Laundry room (freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer). All the appliances are new.

Baby travel cot on site.

Smart TV, wifi access and DVD player.

Mandatory cleaning fee 150 euros including linen (tea towels, towels, sheets, beds made on arrival) and final cleaning.
(If rental for weekend cleaning package not obligatory: cleaning to be done when leaving and household linen not provided, key box)

Deposit requested of 1500 euros (not collected)

The house is perfectly suited for a family with children, or for two couples with children. 6 people maximum.

Pets allowed (cat litter on site).

You can swim anywhere on the island, from large white sand beaches to wild and rocky coves.

Possibility of short stay all year round but also in May, June and September outside school holidays. Minimum stay of 2 nights (3 nights during long weekends and during school holidays out of season)

Weekly rental during the summer holidays, from Sunday 4 p.m. to Sunday 10 a.m.

This is our second home. We are registered as seasonal rental companies at the Ile d’Aix town hall.
