Very nice home, I recommend it so much. I will be back! I loved the kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms. 3 big fridges. And Wendy was very attentive as well. I appreciate all the ladies! Felt very welcoming.

Family Vacation

Would have given excellent rating but the hot tub only worked one night. They came immediately when we called but never got it running. They returned every call right away and addressed any issue right away. The location was perfect. One block to ocean and close to downtown and restaurants. On Thursday there was live music downtown and we all walked down. Very close to Walmart for groceries. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

The host was welcoming and the amenities were in good condition. I'd rather give 4.5 stars, only because it was better than good but less than excellent. We only had a couple of issues during our 5 night stay..., heating the pool and hot tub, as well as, television service. We did not like that there was only ROKU TVs with streaming option only. We missed half of our program, which we had planned to watch as a family, due to connectivity issues. We'd much rather have had cable TV instead. However, the hosts did addressed both matters and quickly problem solved. That was much appreciated. Would I repeat stay at this property? Yes...

Golf outing

It is a brand new property. The swimming pool and jacuzzi weren’t available but the property manager was honest and upfront about it. There were small issues with the air conditioner and water heater. For our stay air conditioner wasn’t needed. The property manager was very attentive and courteous and did everything she could to resolve these small issues. It is a very convenient property for a large group. It is very close to the beach and the main street. We will definitely go back to this place for our next trip.

Family Reunion

Arrived at the property and it was clean and as discussed with property management. They mentioned the heater was not connected for the pool and jacuzzi and even offered to give us another property if we wanted a hot tub - but it was mid summer and hot and humid so no need for a hot tub. We didn’t use the pool at all, with beach close there was no need and previous people left sand in it anyway that should have probably been cleaned before we got there. It’s as described in the property, we weren’t aware this was a duplex though but no issues with the group staying on the “B” side. Close enough to walk to the beach and some of the stores on Main Street. At the end of the day we were a group ranging from 3 to 75 years old and it worked out well for us.
