Rare opportunity to stay along the Little Miami River and the Loveland Bike Trail at a property rich in history and character- The over 100 years old Peters Cartridge Factory. Nestled only a mile from Kings Island, and along the bike trail and Little Miami River. Located in the same building as Cartridge Brewing Company. Property has an exercise room, connected to 78 miles of walking paths, beach access to river, shared outdoor firepit, 1000's of newly planted trees, and soo much more!

This is a loft and has an industrial feel. There are many things to do nearby. Great place for a stay-vacation.

BEDROOM #1
Located just to the right of the front door, this bedroom has a door you can shut. The Queen bed is memory foam and there is a ROKU TV.

BATHROOM #1
Located in the entrance hallway, this bathroom features a full length mirror and a tub/shower combination.

KITCHEN
Full kitchen with brand new appliance, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four barstools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island.

LIVING ROOM
The kitchen and living room are open concept. You have plenty of space and windows to make this room feel very large. Comfortable couch, ROKU TV, and a dedicated work space make this perfect for anyone!

BEDROOM #2
This bedroom is in the open loft upstairs and has king size bed, ROKU TV, full length mirror, large closet, and a full bathroom off the room.

BATHROOM #2
Full bathroom with shower. This is located off the bedroom #2.

We will send you further instructions on how to enter the loft building upon booking and payment.

You may only park in the open lot with the parking pass we provide.

We try to give our guests the upmost privacy and respect. If you do need us, we have a management team that is easily reached!

These lofts are not in a neighborhood, but rather in a unique setting- A brand new development right next to the river in a very old factory that has been completely renovated. The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location.

Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car or lyft or uber to get to the property. We are very close to kings island, the beach, and camp cedar.

Renovated, repurposed and reimagined, the Peters Cartridge Factory has come back to life with 134 unique apartments, that offer urban living in the suburbs with lifestyle amenities. Nestled in a natural setting, the apartments offer easy access to the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, shopping, area offices and I-71.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
• Dogs must be on leash while outside units.
• Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized around other dogs.
• Please pick up after your dog.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

The location was great. I arrived late and it was a little difficult to identify which building I should be in, but once I figured that out getting in and out was really easy. Here are my three notes for other renters:1. Another review mentioned finding a parking spot right in front of the apartments was difficult at night and that is true so it may be that your only option is to park in front of the brewery. But parking during the day is really really easy. 2. Locking the door when leaving requires you to do the same process as unlocking the door when entering, so be sure to either use the keypad or use the app on your phone to lock the door. Otherwise it won’t just lock behind you as you might assume. 3. There aren’t a ton of cooking amenities. So if you’re planning to do something special or cook specific things while you’re there, you may want to do an inventory of the kitchen prior to doing your shopping or planning just to make sure you have what you need. I made lasagna one night while I was there, for instance, and I needed to buy a dish to bake it in. I wanted to do a charcuterie tray as well, so I borrowed a platter from a friend that lives in the area in order to do that. Not a big deal, but just requires some prep and creativity if you’re planning to cook.

Was great - Parking at night little tuff to stay in residents area - Enjoyed green way walking -loved history of it - would have loved to have taken a tour of property - was easy to communicate with staff for needed help in getting into place because key pad wasn't working with code but was corrected quickly

Modern place in historic structure

It is what the listing says. A nice, comfortable unit in a former factory. It you look at Google Street View, you can see what it looked like just a few years ago. Now it all is very nice and modern. Also access to pleasant riverfront trail. Convenient to King's Island if you're doing what we did. If early morning light bothers you, you'll have to use the downstairs bedroom or an eye mask.

Cool Historical Building

Check in was easy with key fobs and apps for locks. The building felt secure which is a nice feature. The apartment is very laid out for being built in an old factory.The over all stay was pleasant. The parking could use work, with the restaurant sharing the lot it can be congested. I would stay here again.

Thanksgiving visit

Suggest getting rid of August App. It didn’t work and delayed our check in significantly. The shower head needs replacing in the loft shower. The main level shower is very slow to drain. There were no additional blankets and pillows available in the loft. The property manager was slow to respond and had some difficulty finding my reservation. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the unit design.
