Large updated beach front town home in small 12 unit complex. Private pool, tennis /pickleball court, and garage with additional reserved parking on non driving beach. Our unit features 4 bedrooms, 31/2 baths. Upstairs features spacious living area with vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace with updated kitchen, 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and outside patio with gas grill.
Downstairs includes two bedrooms (one with king bed and bathroom and one with three queen beds) one and a half bathrooms. Downstairs TV area (great for teenage hangout) Washer and dryer/ dishwasher. Quiet community. Beautiful outdoor seating area with nice view of tennis court, pool and ocean. Propane grill available for outside cooking. Great location for biking(bikes in garage). (Discounts offered for monthly rentals!!!!)

Great place to stay. Excellent amount of beach toys, chairs, etc. We had a very large group (7 adults and 2 kids), and everyone fit in fine. The only issues we had included: table is too small for a large group to eat together, the basement rooms, while very big, had no exterior windows, so it was very dark, and the loft had no way to block out the sun or the noise from the kitchen/dining area. But overall, this was a perfect location, close to the beach, the pool was fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and utensils! We loved our stay,

We had a wonderful stay at this beach townhome and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The home is very spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was the easy parking, including a garage, which made unloading and coming and going very convenient.The pool was a great bonus and perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. The property itself is located in a quiet area, making it a peaceful place to unwind.Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this home offered comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again

True Getaway

The location is perfect location if you want to getaway, relax and enjoy some quietness! The house is spacious to spreadout but still enjoy great family time. Well stocked, we flew in and did not need anything. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Heated pool and the patio were a bonus!

“Fantastic beach getaway! The rental had easy access to the beach and came stocked with everything we needed—chairs, toys, and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the unit was well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent, making the stay seamless. We also loved the small complex, which provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

Our trip was very relaxing. The home was large and comfortable, very close to the beach and nice pool. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The home needed a few repairs inside, but overall was fabulous! We will definitely visit again.

Enjoyed our time

Enjoyed a peaceful settling and lots of walks on the beach. There was a little construction(noise/activity)on retaining wall, but wasn’t too bad.

New Smyrna vacation

The house was perfect for our family, we enjoyed the beach, the tennis court and the pool. The house had plenty of space for all of us plus more for a great time at the beach. We would recommend this property.

Great beach condo!

Great location, well-stocked with beach towels, chairs, large and small insulated drink cups with lids and extra refrigerator. Beds comfortable, great front patio. Loft and downstairs sitting area was a plus for extra hang out space. Easy access to pool and beach. Owners were very accommodating and super responsive.

Room for everyone and everything

The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to choose from. The kitchen had all the utensils, serving pieces, and dinnerware we needed. Great stay overall!

We stay at a condo on the beach every year. As the kids got older, we needed more space and this condo delivers. We fit 10 people comfortably and could've added more. Also, it's fantastic that bringing our dogs is an option. They loved it and so did we.

The location was good (not quite beachfront, as this was one of the furthest units back) and pool area was nice. The WIFI was an issue from the time I got there until 4 days in. According to the information booklet, Josie was the person to contact if there were any issues. I assumed she was part of a management company. She was no help and put the task of calling Spectrum on me. When I asked if this wouldn't be her job, she told me no! The owner, who lives in Orlando, also tried to have me set up appointments with Spectrum.. Not my job as a renter! They needed a new box and underground cable.In addition to WIFI, the unit was not prepared for my visit. Soap dispensers were nearly empty, no towels were out, a filthy kitchen spoinge, pots without lids, oven door didn't close (oven wasn't stable), filthy potholder, stained furniture with black dog hair, downstair remotes/doorbell didn't work,(owner said they needed to have an electrician come out eventually), owner items were in closets, and empty drawers not clean. Too many bed pillows with no place to put them, dust bunnies in my room, grill is advertised , yet per owner "they don't advertise it because they don't know if it had propane or how well it worked," the patio was not set up (rug, umbrella, dead leaves/rabbit poop.) Not enough eating utensils for 10, kitchen cabinets repaired with tape, gate code didn't work, broken kitchen utensils (owner would zelle me to replace them). Not move-in ready for a 12 day rental.

Let me address your complaints. The cable issue was an outage in the area. We did call Spectrum and they sent a technician to fix it outside the unit. They also tried repeatedly to contact you to get access but you were never available. The grill is not advertised for guest use. It is our personal grill and we’re unsure of how much propane remained, and told you, that you could use it, but you might have to get some. To address the issue of the patio. It is an outdoor patio. New Smyrna has many wild rabbits in the area. The patio outside is cleaned before every rental. The patio cushions are brought inside due to possible inclement weather so that they will not be soggy for our guests. The kitchen issues were never mentioned except for a can opener that broke. I offered to Venmo money to replace it. The unit is professionally cleaned before every rental. We have never had any complaints about it before. We were in touch with you immediately any time you contacted us. We addressed the above concerns, but it seemed that you were never going to be happy.

Ocean view getaway

Great place to vacation with family and friends. So much space and house has everything you need. Great location! Close to Daytona 500 speedway. Although the direct beach access was not available during our week there (retaining wall was under construction) we found beach access very close and walked the beach daily. Perfect morning sunrises! Short drive to Flagler street for shopping and local pubs. Look forward to returning!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family (my mom & dad, brother, my husband & 5 children (8-15). Plenty of room to spread out, adorably decorated, and all the comforts of home! This place had everything! Plenty of towels, TP, spices & even some basic condiments that saved on our grocery trip. The beach was just steps away. It was windy & a bit drizzly during our stay but we managed to catch some rays by the pool nonetheless. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you.

Great host; Clean: Best for 6 adults + kids.

We visit NSB each year with my sisters grown family & my now 70+ parents. This time, we went over the 4th of July. There were 10 of us in total - 7 adults, 2 teens and a child. Our first time staying in these condos. You can't find a much better location and proximity to the beach. The sleeping arrangements weren't ideal for our party, but we knew that when we booked. We put my adult niece in the loft and my college age nephew in a room with both of my children. Rooms were good size; we spent most of our time in the large living room so it worked out fine. The downstairs half bathrooms is very tiny so good for just kids to potty Josie and Ann are very responsive. We had some problems with parking (construction+ crowds) and the A/C not working well, and Josie immediately responded by sending an A/C company and contacting the nearby units to secure more parking both were somewhat inconvenient, and my This unit has everything you need - lots of beach towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. The only thing we that was our own higher-end boogie boards. Keeping in mind we visited over the 4th, there were never more than a couple of people in the pool. The pool area isn't that large but it is kept very clean. The tennis courts weren't in great shape. Assumably due to the hurricane damage, but we were able to have fun playing pickleball. You can't find an easier walk down to the sand, and that area of Beach was amazingly not crowded. Highly recomm

Beautiful Townhome on the Beach

The townhome was very well appointed, an end unit with easy access to the beach. The interior was very clean and beautifully decorated. We did have an issue with the A/C not working for part of our time there, but the owner was quick to respond and did her best to get someone out as soon as possible. Just not ideal for the heat of the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked with a lot of what you would need (spices, glassware, cutlery, plates, serveware, etc.) and they even have a refrigerator upstairs and downstairs for guests. Note the garage clearance is a bit low and won't fit an oversized SUV or truck, but there are two other parking spots that can. Being a big family we have a big car and just wanted to share that. Also, the stairs to the loft area are a bit steep, but worked fine for us with the adults. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and the beach was lovely. We are long-time new smyrna beach visitors and this spot was very nice on the non-drive beach for the kids. Would stay again. Thank you for hosting us.
