FREE SUMMIT STAGE SHUTTLE STOPS AT OUR PROPERTY!!! VERY COMFORTABLE, COZY, BRIGHT and WELL STOCKED ACCOMMODATIONS!!! Our condo is A GREAT value in Breckenridge. It's close enough to town yet far enough removed, to provide a quiet, convenient and most importantly, a clean place to stay. A complementary shuttle bus (runs every 15 minutes in winter, 30 minutes in summer) is available to main street, skiing, shopping, dining, Keystone and beyond!

This Ski & Racquet 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with continual upgrades, fits any families' taste! With a separate sitting area from the living room, you could sit down to read a book while others are watching one of the many cable TV channels, NETFLIX, PRIME, Surfing the internet (Free Wi-Fi) or watching a movie! The up-to-date, fully stocked kitchen - you name it, we have it - coffee grinder, (coffee/tea/hot chocolate provided), NINJA blender, waffle maker, bagel/bread toaster, crock pot, a good set of pots and pans, spices and more, has everything to cook killer meals while the dining table sits 6 with chairs and bench. Warmly furnished with a gas-burning fireplace, flat screen TV's in the living room/master/guest bedrooms, BOSE music station with audio cable to connect to listen to your favorite tunes, antiques, and gas grill (middle burner is the ignition). This Ski & Racquet has everything to make you feel right at home! It also comes fully furnished with books, games, puzzles, coloring books, cards and sporting equipment. The unit comfortably sleeps six (four is ideal)--King in Master, King in Guest room, comfortable Queen sleeper sofa (7 inch mattress pad) in the living room.

Feel like resting those muscles that are sore from skiing, hiking (right out the door), biking or snowboarding? Well, you can retreat to the clubhouse with a newly remodeled pool, integrated hot tub (2024), or a game of pool. We have all the equipment to enjoy playing tennis, PICKLEBALL, volleyball or basketball on OUR OWN COURTS. There is a playground for kids and the biggest sand box for them to play in too. There are also laundry facilities in the covered parking area. We supply the detergent/dryer sheets and basket! You have the ability to park two vehicles in a designated parking spot which is where the elevator is located. There is plenty of additional parking.

Ski & Racquet is a resort style complex. It is great for retired couples, family/friends or a romantic couples stay. Book this today before someone does!

Christmas at Breck

Mary’s place was great! It was everything exactly as described! It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the heated bathroom floors were a spectacular surprise! The extra bathroom and kitchen supplies were very nice to have as well! The free shuttle was very close and convenient to the slopes and downtown. It was also an easy walk to visit downtown shops! Make sure to bring coins for the laundry facilities…although Mary did have detergent and dryer sheets available to use.Arriving at night time made the parking a bit confusing, but we were able to figure it out! We would love to be able to stay here again if in the area!

Home away from home

Absolutely best Vrbo we have ever had! So warm and cozy plenty of space and anything we could’ve thought of was there and ready! Amazing facilities I hate we didn’t venture to the clubhouse sooner, such a beautiful property and amazing host. I honestly can’t say one bad thing about our entire experience! Fall Stay

My wife and I stayed here for a few days to hike and check out the fall colors of Breck. This unit is quaint and clean. Communication with Mary was excellent and all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. Great views of the mountain from the back balcony!

Even better than the photos!

This is a great condo for a summer stay in Breck. Pretty easy walk to Main Street Station or drive a few minutes to the free parking on French Street. We swam and used the hot tub multiple times. Appreciated that there was more than enough TP, paper towel, shampoo, dish soap etc. Recommended!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at Mary's Breckenridge condo. It was clean with plenty of amenities. The free bus stop was just steps away and made it convenient to get to Main Street without having to worry abut parking. We enjoyed the beautiful weather morning and night on the patio. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were a great bonus!

Great Stay!

Visited in the Summer time during the 4th of July week and had a great time! Lots to do in town and the shuttle comes right to the building! Mary communicated extremely well and has an excellent property. Very comfortable, well-equipped and amazing views. If we go to Breckenridge again this is where we would stay. Thank you!

Lovely condo with great balcony and views

2 of us stayed here in June 2023 while hiking in the area. Condo is super nice with 2 comfy bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, good beds, and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the weather come over the mountains. Convenient location just south of downtown Breckenridge. Host had good communication and good local recos.

Super clean. Unbeatable views from living room/deck as well as bedroom. GREAT location. Easy access to Main Street yet not in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. Communication with property owner was easy and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent communication!

Mary was accessible, kind and informative. The rental is comfortable and clean with a lovely patio view. Doug and I appreciated the altitude acclimation suggestions and the in rental helps available. My favorite was sitting on the patio, bundled up, having hot tea and yogurt for breakfast enjoying God's magnificent creation! ❤️

Homey Ski Lodge

Condo was very comfortable and accommodating, with everything we needed! It has a quaint, homey feel, with an amazing view. The owner was amazing and very quick to respond when we had technical hiccup. Everything was immediately made right and we enjoyed our stay and evenings by the fire!

Nice Fall Long Weekend Getaway Condo

Property has great mountain/town/valley views. Minutes from town to walk or drive. Condo is well appointed, comfortable and nicely decorated with Western decor. All conveniences, TV's in every room, charging ports , etc.

Stay was exceptional. Comfortable furniture and beds. Decor pleasing. Kitchen well stocked and with quality cookware and utensils. Views amazing especially from balcony. Great place with plenty of space and great views

Wonderful condo with a lot of space and terrific views! The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, the deck was nice, the location was great, and communication with the owner was great! She was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed while we were there. There is no door from the master bedroom to the bathroom so that is odd, but everything else was spot on! Would definitely stay there again!

Great Views and Pickleball

Quick two night stay to get out of the Texas heat. Great views and location, as advertised. Condo has everything you need. Bonus good quality Pickleball court, basketball and volleyball. If you don’t want to drive, the condo is on the free bus route but also not too far to walk to the Main Street. Communication was perfect. Will stay again.

Everything that we needed!

Very clean and very comfortable seating and beds. The decor was lovely. We ate in a few times and found everything we needed. The parchment paper was unexpected. Perfect for roasting vegetables.

We had a great time in Breckenridge. The condo had plenty of room for 2 couples and was very well equipped. It was nice to have an assigned parking spot. The view is stunning!

Busy professionals who enjoys travel, sports, real estate and entertaining. I bought this property in 1996 due to the location and the views, with the hopes of living here full time. When I realized I wasn't able to do that I decided to enjoy the property when I was able and have others enjoy it as well. Together with my neighbors/owners we have a vested interest in maintaining the property for all to appreciate. The Ski and Racquet development dates back to the early 70's and sits on one of the choicest pieces of property in Breck. We did a major overhaul of the outside of our buildings in 2012/2013, and redid the tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball court in July 2016. In 2017, we put in wood floors, all new pine doors/baseboards and a new furnace/water heater. The inside is warm and inviting and brings good vibrations to all. Great value, big fun. Passionate about creating a memorable vacation experience! Enjoy!
