Very beautiful air-conditioned villa with Provencal charm ideally located in Méjannes-Le-Clap between Ardèche and Provence, in a plot of 39 ares with trees, away from any nuisance.

Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc are less than 30km away and the place is surrounded by many tourist sites (caves, sinkholes, rivers etc).

The house is located in the heart of the scrubland in a Natura 2000 area, 2 steps from the gorges of the Cèze (the beautiful Plage du Roy is located 5km down the street...)

Méjannes-Le-Clap has all the amenities and is very oriented towards tourism and leisure activities.


The house is composed as follows
- Large living room of 51 m2 (Dining room and living room, including HD TV, DVD and Wii console with several games)
- Fully equipped kitchen with many appliances
- Utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer
- 1 double bedroom on the first floor, with baby cot
- 1 double bedroom upstairs
- 1 bedroom with 4 beds (bunk beds) upstairs ideal for children/teenagers
- A large bathroom and shower on the first floor
- A separate toilet on the first floor
- A shower room with WC upstairs
- a terrace/solarium of 14m2 upstairs with a view of the swimming pool

If you have a baby, don't bother yourself for your trip, we provide a nice cot (120x60), a baby bath, a travel cot, a high chair and a potty.

Linen (towels and bed linen) is included in the rental fee (except for the cot).

Arrivals from 17:00 and departure before 10:00 unless special arrangements are made
