This 60 m2 duplex apartment located on the 3rd and 4th (top floor) of a small, quiet residence has been completely renovated. Functional and welcoming, this property with its cosy decoration and refined details has been tastefully designed. Everything has been thought out for you, all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The accommodation
Its location will seduce you. Once your vehicle is parked, you will be able to fully enjoy the charm of the city on foot. Close to all amenities, you will have access to all the activities that revolve around Gérardmer (access to the lake, leisure area...)

Ideal for 6 people, it is spread over 2 levels:

- On the first level you will find a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, induction hob, hood, kettle, toaster, raclette set and Senseo coffee maker), a living room with a sofa bed and a TV, a dining room, a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, hairdryer and toilet as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and two dressing rooms.

- Upstairs, you can enjoy a bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), a dresser and a sitting/relaxation area with armchair and coffee table.

A high chair as well as a travel cot and fitted sheet can be made available for young children at no extra charge and on request.

Cleaning and household linen (bed linen, towels, hand towels and dishcloths) are included in the price of the reservation.

Wifi is available in the accommodation.

A locked room will be at your disposal to allow you to store your sports equipment (skis, bikes, etc.) or your child's stroller.

On site you will be welcomed by Noémie from the "Conciergerie de l'étoile" who will remain available throughout your stay. Self-arrival is also possible thanks to the key box system.
