Head to Pornic and the Jade Coast for a stay where everything is done on foot: explore the alleyways, follow the path connecting castle, villas, port and shops, and enjoy bars and restaurants.
Ideally located to enjoy the activities and leisure of the seaside resort, this 55m² rental is classified 1* for tourist accommodation, has 2 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located in the quiet residence "Les Otaries", a privileged holiday location just 600m from the beach with the blue flag of "La Noéveillard", the marina, bars and restaurants.
The small house consists of two double bedrooms (140 cm beds) on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a top refrigerator, filter and capsule coffee makers (Senseo), a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle and various kitchen appliances (electric wok, mini chopper...).
The dining room-living room has a television and gives access to the small garden and its terrace with furniture: loungers, table for outdoor meals, electric barbecue and awning.
The accommodation has an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine, freezer and additional refrigerator. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, ironing board and iron, a baby bed and a booster seat are also provided
The residence allows you to access: a heated swimming pool from 15 June to 15 September, two tennis courts, a boules pitch, a club house with ping-pong tables and a children's play area.
Free parking spaces are available a stone's throw from your accommodation.
