Sundance one of “Three Little Cottages” is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath completely renovated 420 sq. foot cottage located right in the heart of Geneva-on-the-Lake! It is a 3 minute walk to the top of street and you’re in the middle of the main “Strip”. A relaxing getaway with all the basic amenities: appliances, A/C, heat, WiFi, smart TV and coffee maker. Enjoy a day at Breakwater Beach or have a outing at the Adventure Zone Family Center. Like wine? Catch one of the shuttles to the wineries. Sundance has two sister cottages Sunburst & Coco Blue (property ID 2507770 & 2760957) that can be rented together to accommodate larger families.

Good location!

The cottage was cute and clean. It was nice to be such a short walk to the strip- yet it was very quiet so you can sleep. We had a wonderful time!

Very nice cottage

2 couples stayed for one night couldn't have been more pleasant. Host was very informative rightvfrom the sart. Although our stay was just over night would definitely stay for longer. Check in was super easy cottage was clean and very accommodating.

Great location for ladies' wine trip!

This property is well located to walk to downtown nightlife while being a quiet street for sleeping. It was impeccably clean and so nice with the separate bedrooms and kitchen for a little wine trip weekend!

Perfect stay!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary evening in GOTL. Property was clean, neighborhood very quiet. Would stay here again! Bars, restaurants are all within walking distance. This is our 3rd stay at GOTL and this property was closest to the action!

Cute little cottage right close to the Strip! Very cozy and comfy. Provided us with most of the essentials we needed. Perfect for our anniversary trip to stay close to home.

Very clean and perfect place for short stay for 2 couples. We loved the layout of the cottage. Comfortable bed. Loved the extras...water in the refrigerator, coffee and light snacks/treats. Walkable distance to the strip. We will rent this cottage again.

Couple’s Weekend Getaway!

This cottage exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, the beds were very comfy, the kitchen was amazing, and the host was so very generous (and thoughtful) with all the amenities provided. We loved it! My boyfriend is very hard to please, but he absolutely loved this cute place. The perfect location on the strip, but far enough away so that you still have some quiet time when needed. Overall, such an amazing place to stay!

Overnight stay in Geneva

We enjoyed our stay . The cottage was clean and came with very nice clean, white soft towels and the shower had very good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the linens smelled and felt clean and fresh.The location was perfectly in the middle of the strip and we were able to walk everywhere. In the evening after venturing out, we relaxed and watched a movie but we were thinking about having a fire in the back since they had supplied so much firewood. The owner had coffee and creamer for us in the morning which was really nice. We would stay here again:)

Convenient Location

This property was at the end of a dead end street. No water view. Looks just like the pictures and very nice. My only complaint was that our sheets were white and had numerous long dark hairs present. I hope they were changed from the previous guest! The beds were 5 star for comfort. Also, our bedrooms needed room darkening blinds and only 2 chairs at the kitchen table. Overall, it was satisfactory.

We do not advertise that we have a water view and most guests will ask if there is a water view prior to arrival. We are actually a 3 min walk to the strip which is across the street from the lake. If you had a complaint with the sheets you should have brought it to our attention during your stay and we would have addressed the issue immediately as we do with all our guests. We always change every bed during the cleaning process. As you indicated the cottage is what’s described in the description and the pictures. There are no speciality darkening blinds and as seen in the pictures it’s a cafe table to accommodate the space.
