Summary:
In Ouistreham Riva Bella, a charming, modern and well-decorated 40m² house on the seafront.

You'll love the atmosphere of the house and its two terraces, perfect for enjoying your vacation and relaxing by the sea.

Ideally located in the heart of Ouistreham Riva Bella, near Sword Beach, you'll be close to shops and all amenities.

The Space:
- A large open-plan living area with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (appliances, etc.).

- Two terraces: a front terrace facing the sea and a rear terrace facing south, protected from the wind and view, equipped with garden furniture (table and chairs), a hanging armchair, a barbecue and deckchairs.

North-facing terrace with sea views.

- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

First floor:

- One attic bedroom with double bed (140/190cm) and small sea view, accessed via a spiral staircase (not suitable for young children).

For your convenience, beds will be made up on arrival and towels are provided!

Guest Access:
The house is located on the seafront.

Paid parking in front of the house and numerous free parking spaces behind the house.


Access to the house is via a manual gate and a small driveway shared with another house.

Parking is available in front of the house only for unloading luggage and shopping but it's not available to park in the alley.

The Neighborhood:
Ouistreham Riva-Bella Beach / Sword Beach

Getting Around:
Direct access to the seafront promenade (seawall) where you can cycle / rollerblade.
