Maison Spacieuse Avec vue Imprenable sur le Mont Saint Michel !

Located along the greenway, our rental for 6 to 8 people, offers a unique setting for a unique stay, walking or cycling to Mont Saint Michel in complete safety (8kms).
With direct access to the magnificent bay, young and old alike will enjoy the passage of the sheep of the Salt Meadows which run along the house, morning and evening.
Halfway between Saint Malo/Cancale and the D-Day landing beaches, there is no shortage of activities for a stay rich in discovery.
On the first floor:
The bright and functional veranda with a view of the Mont, the island of Tombelaine.
The independent kitchen with many amenities to facilitate your stay.
The large living room/dining room with all comforts, two club chairs and the sofa, a flat screen SMART TV, Canal+ subscription and PS4 console, board games, a children's corner (table, chairs and games) is there to keep the little ones occupied.
An independent and very well equipped laundry room, no noise from machines during your stay with 9KG washing machine and dryer available free of charge.
A separate toilet.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 spacious of 12m2 with a large bed 180X200, shelves for clothes, possibility of placing a baby cot provided.
Bedroom 2 is bright, 10m2, with a 160X200 bed and shelves for clothes.
Bedroom 3 with two large windows overlooking the bay and the Mount, of 12m2 with a bed of 180x200 and 1 sofa bed, with shelves for clothes and wardrobe with hangers.
The rooms are all equipped with heating and electric shutters.
A beautiful bathroom equipped with two sinks, a wardrobe and storage shelves, a shower cubicle with different jets, at your disposal hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, WC upstairs.

Dogs, flat rate 50 euros per stay, are allowed in the cottage, but cannot access the floor or the sofas, damage will be at the expense of the tenant.


Bed linen and towels: Included in your stay.
One pet: 50 euros/stay.
Available free of charge: Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath, changing table, baby carrier, crockery for children...

We will be at your side throughout your stay, if necessary.

You will have at your disposal a welcome basket: coffee, tea, herbal tea, some sweets from the region, condiments, tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher and toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel.
A free private parking lot with 4 spaces is available in the courtyard of the rental and completed by the enclosed garden with table, chairs and barbecue.

Parties and events are not allowed, quiet is mandatory from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Your arrival can be done with our presence (time to be specified) or at your convenience (key box) depending on the time of your arrival.
