Villa for 6 persons.
This beautiful newly built villa of 2009 with fantastic sea views is located in El Paraiso de Bon Aire, Alcudia. The beautiful beach, the surrounding countryside and the immediate proximity to the old town of Alcudia make Bonaire a popular place to live.

This newly built villa is equipped with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Since 2015 there is an additional direct staircase from the pool area to the roof terrace. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful and unforgettable view of the sea and the Tramuntana mountains.
The sanitary facilities include z. B. floor-level glass shower cubicles, single-lever mixer - fittings and modern washbasin systems. The entire living space is distributed over two levels. On the ground floor there is the living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). On the first floor there is another bathroom, a bedroom with a large window element with access to the roof terrace and sea view.
In addition, the villa is with private pool (7m x 3m size),
spacious terrace partly covered, with barbecue and adjacent garden.
In each bedroom and in the living room are air conditioning units with which you can cool or heat, available.

In the immediate vicinity there is a small marina, beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, horse riding and one of the most beautiful golf courses on the island

Great hideaway in Bonaire

We had a wonderful week in staying at House Paradiso in Bonaire. The place is just as advertised and the wonderful view from the top is wonderful. There are a few nearby restaurants and cafes that are great, our favourite was 5 Oceanos, which was laid back, trendy with wonderful healthy menu. It's also close to a couple of small beaches, that offer wonderful, child friendly swimming options. While 10 minute drive takes you to Alcudia and 15 minutes to Polenca, wich a wider range of options!

Fabulous holiday home

We had a fantastic week in Alcudia staying in this villa. It was spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was great and the sea view from the upstairs balcony was an added bonus. It is situated in a quiet residential area and we would recommend having a car as it is a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurant and beach. Alcudia has plenty of restaurants and shops and the port area has a lovely beach. There are local markets and the whole area is very scenic. We would highly recommend this villa for families travelling to northern Majorca.

Visit to alcudia from scotland

The accommodation first class in all respects. Both sitting area’s, the upstairs balcony proving fantastic views and the pool side seating area very comfortable No issues with the booking process.Location good, Easy drive to town and the port. Can walk downhill to restaurants but a level of fitness required for the uphill walk back. Would suggest that the villa information guide included a English translation for uk visitor as had to rely on google translate but would not put us off using the villa again

Erholsame Sommerferien

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und die ganze Abwicklung war unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm, etwas abseits. Man ist schnell in Port Alcudia oder Port Polcenca und noch schneller in der Altstadt von Alcudia. Ein Mietauto ist bei dieser Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

Tiefenentspannter Urlaub

Ein super schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es war alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung braucht, sogar noch weit mehr und es war alles in einem super Zustand. Das Haus ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool bescherten uns entspannte faule Tage und die Dachrerasse einen tollen Ausblick. Die Lage ist ruhig aber auch nur etwa 10- 15 Autominuten vom belebten Alcudia entfernt. Ein Auto bietet sich hier auch an, es gibt zwar einen kleinen Supermarkt am nahegelegenen kl Yachthafen, aber für größere Einkäufe sind wir zu den Supermärkten in Alcudia gefahren, auch zu den einschlägigen Stränden, Playa de Alcudia und Platja de Moro. Fahrrad fahren war etwas schwieriger, da die Wohnsiedlung etwas hügelieger liegt. Der Kontakt war schnell und auch sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allen Utensilien bestückt, die man zum Leben vor Ort benötigt. Es war absolut sauber und in einer, für einen Erholungsurlaub, perfekten Lage. Ein Mietwagen ist hier jedoch auf jeden Fall notwendig um die Umgebung erkunden und einkaufen gehen zu können. Badestrände sind nicht weit weg, aber auch am besten mit einem Auto zu erreichen. Da der Pool vorhanden war, haben wir jedoch diesen hauptsächlich genutzt. Ein großes Lob geht zum einen an den Vermieter, der sich bei Fragen und Problemen wirklich sofort gekümmert hat und immer schnell eine Lösung parat hatte und zum anderen an den Hausmeister des Hauses, der total nett und zuverlässig alle Arbeiten sofort erledigt hat. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen und erneut buchen. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen und erholsamen Urlaub dort.

Bonaire

Wir haben einen Sommerurlaub in der Ferienvilla verbracht. Die Kommunikation mir den Gastgebern war einwandfrei und wir haben vor Ort alles so vorgefunden, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung, allerdings sind Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, wir konnten die heißen Tage sehr gut im eigenen Pool und in den klimatisierten Innenräumen verbringen. Auch für uns 4 war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

wunderschöner Aufenthalt in toller Villa

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Paradiso. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus und die Umgebung/Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen Geschirr/Kochutensilien eingerichtet. Es gibt aussen 3 tolle Sitzplätze mit je 2 - 6 Sitzen und ebenfalls 6 Liegestühle... Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm, unkompliziert und wir haben stets in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort erhalten. Das Check-in und Check-out verläuft ebenfalls unkompliziert. Alles ist in bester Ordnung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hoffen, bald wieder zu kommen.

Tolles Haus, sehr ruhige Lage

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern dort, jeder hatte ein eigenes Bad und Zimmer. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig. In 5 Minuten ist man an einer Sandbucht mit dem Auto. Im Haus war alles da was man braucht, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Sehr Sauber und gepflegt!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen in einem sauberen und gepflegten Haus. Pool ebenfalls sauber, Liegen von guter Qualität. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist gut und unkompliziert. Unsere Kinder waren ganz verrückt auf den Pool, der auch sehr angenehm warm war. Wir würden immer wieder gerne unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Lovely Villa - Picturesque view from the top floor

A lovely well equipped Villa in a residential setting. The view from the top terrace is fantastic, overlooking the bay in the distance and the mountains opposite, great to view at sunset with dinner and a cocktail or two. I'd advise hiring a car on the basis that its worth exploring Alcudia and Pollenca old towns with their atmospheric narrow streets and although the local restaurants are only a kilometre or so away, its down hill to get to them and so uphill back to the villa. The aircon in each room is a real benefit (especially after the walk up the hill) and has a sleep mode so its really quiet yet still very cooling when trying to sleep. We have older children so having a swimming pool which is deep at one end was no bother and was really great fun, but might be a concern for those with small children. We arrived fairly late in the evening, so was great to be provided with the essentials like bread, butter, and milk when we first arrived. Overall we found the Villa very spacious and well equipped for the 5 of us and would certainly recommend it.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger, gepflegter Wohngegend

Die Lage der Villa ist einfach traumhaft: Toller Blick auf die Bucht und das Gebirge. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir viele Male den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Pool bietet genug Platz zum Sonnen oder den Tag im Schatten zu verbringen. Die Örtliche Badebucht, Restaurants, Bar und Apotheke ist Fussläufig zu erreichen. Tolle Wanderwege in der Nähe zur wunderschönen Bucht „Coll Baix“, sowie ins Gebirge. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter hat prima geklappt. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wieder mal ein Traum...

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus auf Mallorca. Wir immer war alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Es gilt wieder mal hervorzuheben, dass erneut der Kühlschrank schon vorbestückt war, sodass am nächsten morgen nicht sofort der Einkaufsstress ausbrach. Traumhafter Meerblick mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterasse. Alles super organisiert, reibungsloser Ablauf und freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Wir waren nicht das letzte mal dort...

Rundum ein gelungenes Ferienerlebnis

Wir, zwei Familien (6 Personen), haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Pool, Terrasse, Wohnzimmer und Küche liegen direkt nebeneinander, so dass man kurze Wege hat und seine Zeit gemeinsam genießen kann. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Pool und Dachterrasse waren unser persönliches Highlight ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumurlaub auf Mallorca

Wunderschönes, ruhiges, sauberes Haus. Genau richtig um sich wie wir mit Freunden zu treffen. Jeder hat genug Raum um sich entfalten zu können. Besonders hat uns die Große Außenanlage gefallen. Jeder hatte genug Platz, um sich zu sonnen oder den Tag im Schatten zu verbringen. Es ist alles ausreichend im Haus vorhanden. Gleich in der Nähe ist einer der wundervollsten Strände Mallorca sowie tolle Lokale. Vielen Dank das wir so einen tollen Urlaub in ihrem Haus verbringen durften, und bis Nächstes Jahr.!

Excellent villa

Great villa with great amenities. A couple of good bars and restaurants in walking distance (but you need to be able to walk up hills!). Owner was brilliant with communications and helping. The balcony over looking Pollensa bay was a real gem at this property.

uns hat das Haus, das wir vor 2 Jahren gemietet hatten sowohl von der Lage als auch insgesamt besser gefallen , mit den Duschmulden in Holz konnten wir uns nicht so anfreunden und insgesamt fühlte man sich unten , dem eigentlichen Wohnbereich so eIngezäunt, sorry

Tolle moderne Unterkunft - gerne wieder

Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern (0, 3, 10 Jahre) eine tolle Zeit in dieser Villa mit moderner Einrichtung, einem schönen Pool, Wireless LAN, und einer gut funktionierenden Küche. Unser Schlafzimmer lag Parterre direkt zum Pool, wodurch wir unser Baby in unmittelbarer Nähe stressfrei schlafen lassen konnten, während wir im Pool planschten. Von der Villa aus erreichten wir den tollen Sandstrand der platja de muro in 10 min, und tolle geheime tauchstrände in mal pas in 3 min. Alles in allem eine perfekte Lage, um sowohl Urlaub am Strand als auch Urlaub am Hauspool machen zu können. Und wenn bei den Kindern mal Heimweh nach Deutschland und das Bedürfnis nach Fernsehen aufkam, dann konnte auch mal der KiKA Kinderkanal im TV angestellt werden. So einen Urlaub machen wir gerne wieder.

Zuvorkommender Service, wunderbares Haus

Schon vor der Anreise war der höfliche, unaufdringliche Vermieter mit guten Tipps am Telefon. Da wir mit unserem Sohn und seiner Freundin reisen wollten, waren die verschiedenen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten ( 7 Sitz- und Liegegruppen!) auf zwei Ebenen bewusst von uns so ausgespäht und es war ein Volltreffer: Oben die Sonnenveranda - tags zum Sonnen - abends um den schönen Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen von Pollenca zu genießen. Unten dann Verweilmöglichkeiten von Lounge- Möbeln bis zur Sofagruppe. Am zweiten Nachmittag die Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung sei und wieder Insider Tipps: fürwahr gute Gastgeber. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
