Also with a mooring. Lovely screened-in porch and back yard fire pit add great spots for relaxing with friends / family during the summer. Bedroom 1: 1 Queen, Bedroom 2: Bunks (2 Full), Bedroom 3: 1 Queen, Bedroom 4: 2 Twins
Waterfront/Lot Description: Short walk to beach and playground area on Moose Pond. Mooring available. Property also has rights to the association pool and tennis courts.

Great location!

We loved our stay in Bridgton! The property was in an amazing location. Right up the road from Shawnee Peak, and close to North Conway. The house was perfect for our group. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The property manager was easy to reach at all times and beyond accommodating. We hope to be back very soon!

Cozy ski vacation spot

Family of 5 with dog spent a week in Bridgton to ski and visit eastern NH attractions. House was clean and cozy upon arrival. It had all the kitchen and entertainment amenities we needed to keep busy. We also struggled with sand containment but a dust pan and more robust door mats/floor coverings would resolve that. Location, beauty of area, serenity of quiet and well maintained association made the ski vaca a great success!

Great little spot near Pleasant Mountain

My kids and I had a great time! Cute house and neighborhood. I was a little shocked by the amount of sand on the driveway. I realize that it was icy but all the sand went into the house and I couldn’t find a dust pan anywhere!!! Not a big deal and a very easy fix.

Great house but needs a new cleaning service

Normally when we rent the check in process is posted on the site. I had to call the afternoon before we were leaving a few times to reach someone to get the code. Maybe this is their process on Vrbo but I was expecting to see the information posted to the app and not have to wait for a response from the renter. I’m also not used to having to bring linens, especially for a weekend stay. Also the stove and upstairs shower were absolutely disgusting. I did notify Eric and he said he would address this with the cleaning company. I highly suggest Eric you find a new cleaning company because the stove has clearly not been cleaned for quite a while and neither has the shower. I can forward pictures that I took. The accommodations of this house were good for our party of five but due to the uncleanliness, slow response time and linen requirements, I won’t be renting here again.

We are sorry to hear you were more satisfied with your stay. Apologizes for not reaching out sooner about giving you the access code to the house. We typically give out the code the day of arrival but I understand you knowing that would have been helpful information. Not providing lines is the standard for all our properties listed with Jordan Rentals. It’s a common practice in the Lakes Region for cottage rentals. I’ve also updated the description to make sure guests are aware of this before booking. Our cleaning company typically gets positive reviews. Worst property management

We stayed there for a week with friends. The location is pretty good, near a lake and hiking trails. If you come here, be aware that there is almost no cell phone reception : we had t mobile and AT&T and had weak reception only on the patio but not inside of the house. The listing said that toilet paper is provided : there was 1.5 rolls and the property manager said that it's "not an endless supply". There is no soap, paper towels and the dishwasher was broken. We paid $200 as cleaning fee but we're told to still sweep the floors before we leave. A lost cat came by the house and stayed at the property for a few days. Several text messages to the manager resulted in nothing. He just didn't care about lost animals. We were worried about the cat, checked the Facebook groups for lost cats, called animal control and made sure the cat got safely to a nokill shelter. In general, communication with the manager wasn't great: he wasn't nice, welcoming or accommodating. I wouldn't rent a place from this company in the future.

Sorry to hear to didn’t enjoy your stay more at Any Season Escape. We provide enough paper goods for the guests to begin their stay. The dishwasher is scheduled for repair on September 9th. Apologizes that you weren’t aware it was out of order. I think our struggle with communication goes back to your statement about lack of cell phone service. We don’t normally call animal control when a cat is reported in the woods near a cabin. Had you asked us to call we definitely would have. This property has been rented since 7.3 with 5 different families. Unfortunately their experience won’t be reflected here on VRBO because they booked directly. Thanks Eric

Quiet Cabin near Moose Lake with Association Activities Area

My family of 5 and my daughters bestie stayed here with our Shitzu Yorkie for the long weekend. We got a call a couple days before with the access code. Another call about a small issue that was a non issue but great communication. Lots of people walking streets and around in this woodsie area however it wasnt loud and good to see people out and about. Beach area is a bit of a walk...not far but after a few hours down there not a walk a 5 year old wants to take home. Pool would be a drive as its up a large hill. Luckily there is a parking lot where the beach, park and play area was. House was clean, large enough that we all had our own space and lots of land. The back was dark so any fire (for food) would be good to be started before dark.

August vacation

The property is close to pool/pond which was great for the kids. Short distance to town for shopping and long lake to rent boats. It was super hot outside but the ac units were helpful

Snowmobiling near bridgton

Planned a snowmobiling trip with me and 6 of my friends and the the house was in a great location for us. The renting company reached out to us before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and was very kind. The house had plenty of room for all of us. On our last day one person in our group had a medical emergency and we were delayed checking out and the owner of the house drove over to make sure we were all alright and gave us all the time we needed to pack up. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will stay here again if given the opportunity

Weekend on Moose Pond.

My family and I stayed at this house with the intention of doing some snowmobiling. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough snow to get any riding done, but with all of the amenities close by, a fun and memorable weekend was had by all 10 of us. This is a beautiful home with plenty of room and parking. Close to the lake and ski mountain. Everything was clean as a whistle, don’t be discouraged by a bad cleaning company, this place rocks! Can’t wait to return!

Not rental worthy

This place is run down. Needs kitchen and bathroom renovations and new furniture, especially couch, recliner and beds. We left a night early because we couldn’t spend one more night here. Do yourself a favor and rent something better.

Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect spot for the "cousins" to stay. All were aged 25-28 and there was one small dog. They were able to spend time together and were only a short walk from the other houses we had rented for the weekend. This is the perfect spot for a family with children.
