Very clean and comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay. The house is a nice size. It was very clean and felt clean. Communication was very good. Would highly recommend staying there.

Perfect home away from home

A group of us stayed here for a wedding and it was perfect! The house is clean and organized. Melanie was easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed and the ping pong table was an added bonus!

Wonderful property!

We had a great experience staying at this property during our daughter's basketball tournament at Bell Park Arena. The location was perfect and everything about the property from check-in to check-out was awesome. The property was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and stocked with everything you can imagine and then some. The property owner Melanie was very responsive with communication. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Clean, safe, comfortable, nicely appointed home in great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this home near relatives, and near shopping and dining options. Gila Resort Casino San Tan Mountain is only 16 miles away. Thank you to Melanie for being such a wonderful, attentive host. And thanks again for the veggies from your garden! They have been put to good use.

Comfy and cool !!

This house was great! Comfy furniture, space and game room were all exceptional. Nice to have condiments and extras you may have forgotten. Owners communication was top level. Will hopefully be able to book this one again next year!

March 2022 - San Tan Valley, AZ

This property is more than fantastic!!!! Very clean, comfortable and easy to stay in. Convenient to grocery store, gas stations, restuarants and dry cleaners! Melanie is so easy to deal with and so accessible! We have booked for September 2022 and March 2023! RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!

Just over 20 minutes to Bell Bank Park but in a less dense and more tranquil environment.

Just over 20 minutes to Bell Bank Park but in a less dense and more tranquil environment. Just over 2 miles to a Fry's Marketplace and some places to eat. Close enough drive to a lot of other amenities and greater variety of places to eat. The house has an open floor plan that offers a ton of space. I found it very enjoyable.

Nice place

Everything was great except the neighbors dog non stop barking from early morning to late in the night. Which wouldn’t of been bad but it was the side with the bedrooms.

Home Away From Home

This home was definitely a home away from home. It was so cozy. Melanie did an amazing job from the moment we walked in, to the last day. She provided us with all the info needed for check in and also checked on us through text. She made sure we were okay. The house smelled and looked wonderful! Everything was so clean and she provided us with helpful information on where to dine at and places to visit. She was well organized and super informative! I definitely recommend staying here. We all had a great time playing ping pong and corn hole too! Lots of laughs and great memories for sure! We will be reaching out to Melanie in the future when we visit Arizona that’s for sure! 10/10!!!

I’d stay here anytime!!

The home was immaculate. The host provided everything we could possibly need. The welcome book made our stay easy and convenient as well let us know what we needed to do to be good guests.

Amazing place!

We stayed for a nice long weekend during the holidays. The house was immaculate, well stocked with all the essentials (literally had everything you could possibly need), and good location. Commutable to everything but not in the middle of the city. Nice neighborhood for morning/afternoon strolls. Was really one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in and we travel strictly VRBO. Thanks for everything our family really enjoyed our time there!

Gorgeous Clean Home

This home was the perfect place and our family looks forward to staying again, Melanie had everything provided and the home was so cozy. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer to actually get to enjoy the house.

We love to hear the suggestions of our guests as to how we can improve or what additional items may be helpful for future guests. We live on the same street so if our airbnb dosn't have what you need chances are we will and can drop it by.

Lovely, spacious house!

The home was very neat, clean and spacious. House rules were posted and clearly stated with no ambiguity. Loved that there was a garage available and driveway parking. Makeup wipes are provided to avoid staining the towels which was a nice touch. The back patio was nice. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table and video games. We only wish our stay was longer so we could have enjoyed the house more.

On a vacation to Idaho, she met and fell in love with Jason and they have since enjoyed 22 years of marriage and raised two children right here in San Tan Valley. Melanie is an East Valley real estate expert, specializing in resale and new build residential sales. Whether you are looking to buy, sell or invest she has you covered.

Jason is a recreation wilderness ranger from Idaho and loves to take the family backpacking in the wilderness areas of the Western United States. We love to visit National Parks and hike the most difficult trails (while we still can). We enjoy the incredible beauty found in nature and all this country has to offer.

We have enjoyed living in the Laredo Ranch neighborhood for over 14 years. It is a very quiet neighborhood on the Eastern outskirt of San Tan Valley and has great parks, green space and amenities (volleyball, basketball courts, football field and children's play equipment). The loop road around the neighborhood is a great 2 mile morning or evening walk.
