Relaxing stay, 5 min to Landing, tons of amenities

Enjoy Branson as a couple, with your family, or even solo in this two-bedroom, newly remodeled Holiday Hills condo complete with scenic views and numerous FREE amenities. Without leaving the premises, you can enjoy fishing at the catch-and-release pond, hit up one of the five swimming pools, or play some golf, volleyball, tennis, or basketball. There’s even an arcade/game room, café, and TWO movie theaters available for some indoor entertainment. This condo comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests.
The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the first floor is perfect for the relaxing getaway. Recently remodeled, it has hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms. Updated tile floors in the kitchen and baths give this retreat a modern feel. Enjoy the quiet sounds on nature and a running waterfall off the back patio.
Other things to note
We do accept pets but there is a one time pet fee of $30. Please let us know if you will be bringing your special friend and we will get that added.

Cozy rental

This property was clean and the host was available for communication at any time. A little cozier than I originally thought, but it was perfect for this stay.

The condo is absolutely perfect. Six of us stayed comfortably. Amenities, property, and resort were better than we expected. I would definitely book this location again!

Family getaway

It was nice we felt very safe on the property . The only thing we would of liked was more seating for all of us in the living room but we made it work . The place was clean and ready for us . We also like that you allow us to bring our fur babies .

Branson bound

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for us and two dogs. The condo was great. Owner was helpful and nice in every way. My phone wouldn't work, but husband did! Same company and phone, crazy, but kinda nice! Would stay again, thanks

Our stay was not what we expected. The location was good, the beds were comfy, the water was hot, the fridge and oven worked, but that was as good as it got. There are TVs in all the rooms, but none of the remotes have batteries in them. The bathrooms have no bath rugs, and the tile in the second bedroom is partially white and partially beige (like they tried to clean it but gave up halfway through). The tub in the second bath didn't drain (it was up to my ankles by the time I was done showering), and when we contacted the host, we were told they would let the cleaning crew know. I guess that if the cleaning crew had actually cleaned the tub before our arrival, they would have known it didn't drain, so I wasn't impressed with the response. The pics on the website don't match the actual premises. Their is no chair in the living room, no kitchen rugs, no rugs in the bedrooms, one of the towel hooks was no longer on the wall with just holes there, the picture of the outside of the condo (by the catch & release pond) is not the building, the condo states it is on the first floor (and it is), but that is not the ground level so you'll need to do the 16 stairs up and down. The coffee pot has been replaced with a Keurig, which is a big deal since we brought grounds, not pods, based on the picture. On our last day, we awoke to cockroaches in the kitchen. Dog walking was difficult because the only nearby grass was on a slope. Not a big deal during the day, but at 2 am it is.

Great Location

It was a great location not far from the club house. We really enjoyed the deck and the sound of the flowing creek off the deck. There had been enough rain that there was a small waterfall when we got there

Branson Family Trip

Great Branson vacation with a great stay at this condo! Beautiful condo inside and out. Loved the outdoor deck. Host was great and responsive. Lots of useful household items inside condo. Perfect location and pricing was amazing with everything included in our stay!

Amazing property!

Loved this property, gorgeous setting with the patio and woods behind us. Loved listening to the stream in the morning And evening. Everything was clean, and ready for us when we got there. I had a couple of questions for the owner that she answered very promptly. Our family will definitely be booking here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property & wish we could have stayed longer.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way, and our host, Jessica, was so lovely to deal with. Really beautiful condo with every amenity you would ever need away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a Branson getaway.

Beautiful, clean, close to the strip

We stayed with our two children and two dogs. This is a great place to stay, we felt very safe with onsite security. There are falls out past the balcony and it is so peaceful and quiet on the grounds!

There was a little bit of confusion between owner and cleaning staff so when we arrived our condo was not clean and ready for us. I was disappointed however the owner quickly fixed the problem She was so easy to work with, extremely nice and even offered to pay for dinner, we were just too tired after driving five hours. Condo is perfectly situated five minutes from Branson landing. Love the patio for morning coffee, there’s even a little babbling creek that you can hear from the balcony. Overall this condo is a five star. Our family enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back!!
