A few meters from the town center as well as the beaches and the Ria d'Etel, here is our peaceful house offering a relaxing stay.
Our maiosn to meet up with friends and family on the terrace in summer or around the fire in winter.
Everything is at your disposal so that you can feel at home.
House at the end of a cul-de-sac for guaranteed tranquility.
Our accommodations are 5 minutes from the Ria d'Etel with the Vieux Passage or Le Magouer and 5 minutes from the ocean.
Our house was renovated a few months ago. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, dryer, cooking piano, hair dryer).
It is composed of a living room of 40m² with a lounge area and a separate living area, a kitchen of 15m² with cooking piano.
You also have a toilet and a bathroom on the first floor brand new.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one equipped with a 160x200 bed and the other 2 with 2 90x190 beds.
You also have a separate toilet and a shower room.
A seventh extra bed can be put in place if necessary.
For your comfort, sheets and towels are available. A contribution to the dry cleaning costs is requested: €15 for sheets and €10 for towels.

You also have a wood stove to spend beautiful winter evenings.

A 30m² south-facing terrace and also a brand new terrace at the back of the house overlooking a wooded area.
