Newly constructed first floor modern one bedroom apartment with open floor plan and plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Property is conveniently located a quarter mile off Route 13, just 45 minutes from Chincoteague and Assateague Beaches and NASA Flight Facility and 1 hour from Kiptopeke State Park and Cape Charles Beaches.

Sleeps 3 and has 1.5 bathrooms with luxury shower. Includes washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Relax with your morning coffee in the rockers on front porch or the swing on the back porch. Includes free Wifi and cable TV.

The house has both a downstairs and upstairs unit with separate outdoor entrances, so if you need more space you can also check out the upstairs unit that sleeps up to six guests. Door can be unlocked between the units to give you access to the entire house from the interior.

The apartment was clean, modern , and spacious. The host provided ample towels and linens as well as games, etc. I t was by far, one of the nicest places my daughters and I have stayed. We were only sorry that we hadn’t planned to stay longer!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here for the night to break up our long trip to Avon from NJ. It was a great location and the hosts were very accommodating! It was close to the Wright Brothers Museum, which is definitely worth visiting. It was a beautiful neighborhood, and their dock was very peaceful at night to hang out with a cocktail. 🤗

Spacious and very nice set up

Had everything we needed. Was set up very nice. Bedroom was big enough and the kitchen/living room area was open and very cheery. Also, the kitchen is perfect. There is plenty of counter top and it's well stocked with cooking utensils and stuff to cook for yourself. Hosts were very helpful and replied quickly to questions. We loved our stay! Thanks!

The home was just as promised! We even added an extra night to our stay.The furnishings were top notch, comfortable bed, everything you could need in the kitchen. Beautiful designer bathroom, loved the rain shower head!! Nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again the next time that I'm in the area. Very accomodating host.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is new, nicely decorated, and clean. It is centrally located on the Eastern Shore to Onancock and 35 minutes from Chincoteague Island and Cape Charles. Great Virginia Getaway!

This place was perfect for a short weekend stay in the area for a friend’s wedding. The home was clean and bigger than the pictures portrayed! I loved the signs with instructions for wifi, shower, etc throughout the house. Comfortable bed and a/c, nice shower and clean towels. Would come stay again!

Hidden Gem!

Great property tucked away on the Eastern Shore that is nice and roomy for a one bedroom unit, the unit is a new construction that is outfitted very well. The owners were very responsive with communication and the entire process was easy. Will be returning in the future.

What an amazing stay!!!

Our family of 3 (daughter (2) myself and my boyfriend) traveled for my family reunion to Virginia and we're so lucky to have stayed here! The host was extremely friendly and had everything we needed while we visited. We will definitely be booking here again when we come to the shore! Jeanette and Steve also made sure there were plenty of board games, puzzles, and toys for the kiddos! All around a five star stay!!!

Beautiful home!

Our stay was great, the layout was ideal as we stayed on the first floor of the Cape style home and the second floor was also rented out. There is private entry, very well kept, clean and nicely appointed with 1.5 baths, washer & dryer and on-site parking. The owner was attentive and check in and out was seem less and very convenient. The only Suggestion I would make is that there were shades or blinds on the kitchen window and entry door as there was no type of cover for privacy at all. at night and during the day the light shone through these areas and we could not cover them so if somebody was in the yard or parking their car they could see right inside which was a little unsettling..

Family getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation. We rented both floors of this beautiful home. Really good amenities are provided. Its a pleasant drive to Chincoteague Island and Onnancock is only 10 minutes away. Thanks Again !

Charming Shore Respite

Quaint little 1 BR house, spacious and light, nice decor and very clean - convenient location in Accomac and next door to Onancock. Would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Worth Every Penny

From booking to checking out, the entire experience was above all of my expectations. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs, to ensure we had enough space. Very well kept house with up to date appliances. The whole home is amazingly beautiful, surpassing any other home I have ever stayed in on the ESVA. From now on, any time I go home to visit, I’m going to plan it around this site’s availability.

Virginia Eastern Shore

The house was perfect for us. The decor was GREAT. We wanted to see the Ponies but explore the rest of the area. Therefore this place was near the middle of the Peninsula and close to everything. AND it was very quiet. They had everything you could need at a House and if you needed somthing they were close by and would get it. Perfect!

We have lived on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and in the town of Accomac since 2002. Our boys consider this small rural town home. We have three grown biological sons and one adopted son. Our oldest son has special needs and we built him an apartment above the garage in the back of this rental property, wanting to keep him close by, yet independent and involved in the community. In 2021, we moved less than a mile away from the rental property, but still in the town of Accomac that we too call home.
