The country house is a rest farm with a two-storey house, a large barn and a beautiful orchard. The property has been completely renovated in recent years. Towards the street there is a 2m high wall.
The house has a beautiful living room with fireplace (wood in the barn, included in the price), 3 bedrooms with two beds, a living room with a sofa bed and in the living room behind the truss a Murphy bed. Most mattresses are new. The beds are 90x200 cm. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
In the living room is a desk and a printer. There is no landline. The network connection is unstable. In the living room there is a modern Samsung TV.
On each level is a generous shower room.
A beautiful kitchen has views of the garden and the countryside.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Bosch stove with ceramic hob and oven, Miele dishwasher, pots and kitchen utensils, crockery) spices, salt, sugar, flour, coffee, tea are available - with the request to buy used up. On the kitchen cabinet is a double induction plate that can be used for cooking outside. The dining table in the kitchen can accommodate max. 6 persons. If more people want to eat you can eat in the living room. There is a large extending table with the TV on it. The TV can then be placed on a small table.
The house has a condensing gas heating.
Especially nice is the covered patio in the barn. The floor is tiled with old tiles. The framework is open. A large table invites you to socialize, to cook in the outdoor kitchen and to eat.
The house has a small boat dock where a 5m fishing boat (included in the price) is located. It is powered by an electric motor. It slides wonderfully almost silently through the rivers. I am always enthusiastic about the floodplain landscape and the many birds - whooper swans, storks, wild geese, cranes, herons, red kites and sometimes even an osprey.
Each seat is one of the six villages of the small Hanseatic city of Havelberg with its many cultural attractions and the wonderful Romanesque / Gothic cathedral. There are many beautiful destinations - castles, old churches, ferries across the Elbe, fruit alleys. You can cycle very well on the good cycle path network or even go hiking and walking.
In 2015, the first regional BUGA will take place on the Havel. Havelberg is one of the five BUGA cities with many attractions.
