This beautiful condo has all the amenities your need to have a fabulous beach vacation where you can EAT SLEEP and do the BEACH!! This updated condo provides everything for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy the beach and lake views from your den or furnished and fully accessible balcony. The den features a lovely queen sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge, smart 48" TV and 1 additional chair. Washer & dryer provided in condo. Stainless full size appliances and all cooking supplies are provided. The bathroom features an over-sized shower, granite counter top. A set of 6 soft bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes and sheets are provided plus 4 beach towels. This condo sleeps 6.

The Maravilla has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated a hot tub and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower.

**As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!

BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.

This condo is 521 beautiful square feet and while it does sleep 4 in beds, we only recommend this condo for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Maravilla Resort is located at the Western end of the Seawall in Galveston. Many of our repeat guests think this is the perfect location to access everything fun in Galveston! We are close to multiple beaches for you to discover. You can see the heated pool from the balcony. The Western side of the complex has 2 more gorgeous pools, and a hot tub. Our grounds are absolutely beautiful with many tropical palms and is what many guests love about staying here.

We offer year around availability for your winter getaways in Texas. Month long rates are available in January and February. Come visit Texas and enjoy the seaside town of
Galveston!

This entire condo and private bath is accessible to the guest. Upon booking you will get a confirmation letter with many details and then 3 days before your stay, a code for the front door is provided so a key is not needed.

We want your experience to be fantastic! We are available by text or phone for anything you need but will not be contacting you during your stay unless needed.

There is a lot to do within walking distance. Beaches are all around. Jimmy's on the Pier is a lovely restaurant and popular fishing pier about a block down. There is a go-cart track behind the complex(no noise can be heard from the condo). The movie theater is nearby. All the popular Galveston attractions are 5 to 10 minutes away. Cruise ship terminals are about a 15 minute drive.

Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year

At the complex, there is ample covered parking for a $10 fee per car per day. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. Parking is capped at $70 per month.
