This spacious villa offers bright and airy living space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a welcoming dining room and a comfortable lounge area equipped with a large television. The fully equipped modern kitchen is ready to welcome your family meals or gatherings with friends.



Retire into the night space comprising four bedrooms, two of which have their own private bathroom, and two others sharing a bathroom.



Outside, an outdoor living space awaits you, equipped with a barbecue for memorable outdoor meals, a dining table, garden furniture and sun loungers for you to relax by the pool.



Enjoy the luxury of choosing between a sunny day by the private pool or a beach getaway, just 20 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Serra da Arrabida National Park is only 10 minutes away, whilst Lisbon's wonders are accessible in 35 minutes.

Check-in time: After 4pm.

*For late arrivals (after 9pm): key box with check-in the next morning.

Check-out time: No later than 10:00am

*For any check-out time overrun, an additional charge may be requested.

Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring towels for pool use. We can offer you pool towels for hire at €10/towel for the duration of your stay.



A pool liability waiver will need to be signed during check-in.



Possibility of an additional cleaning during your stay, on request minimum 2 weeks before your arrival.
