Our cottage with 120 sqm living space and large garden is suitable for up to 6 people and at least one toddler. It offers everything for your perfect vacation. Enjoy nature and peace, yet centrally located, it is the ideal starting point for nice excursions. For example, the hedge trail leads past your property. In the immediate vicinity is the Eifelsteig and invites you to elebnisreichen walks. In April, the wild daffodils bloom and turn whole valleys into bright yellow. They do not only enchant nature lovers.

Our kitchen has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. For larger supplies is in the basement also a large freezer available. A microwave, filter coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster and blender complete the kitchen inventory. There is also a fondue set, bakeware and a small supply of spices, salt, sugar and flour.
Even if you are vacationing, an iron and ironing board and a washing machine are sometimes helpful.

In the comfortably furnished living area, a large window front allows the view over the terrace into the nature.
In addition to flat screen satellite TV, there is a DVD recorder and a stereo.
The property is surrounded by a 3 meter high beech hedge. From the terrace you look into the spacious garden with fir trees, bushes and shrubs.
In summer, there are comfortable chairs and a wheelchair with cushions, a table, a parasol and a Weber charcoal grill available.

There is room for your car in the garage. In bad weather the table tennis table can be used in the garage.

There are 3 bikes a unicycle and garden toys available.

The tiled fireplace (wood optional) provides cozy warmth.

Three bedrooms can accommodate 5 beds, a crib and a folding bed.
Two bathrooms on two floors are equipped with bath, sink and toilet or shower sink and toilet.

In the basement there is a Finnish sauna for at least three people. The adjacent bathroom with whirlpool, shower and cold water shower, as well as the direct exit into the sheltered garden allow a relaxed sauna.
Quiet music, a nice book or rather a glass of sparkling wine in the bubbling whirlpool relaxing from the stresses of everyday life.
