Amazing home with spectacular views. We were there with 3 couples and it was a perfect fit. We had wonderful weekend resting in the hot tub and sitting around the outside fire. We used the kitchen the entire weekend and it had all the amenities needed. Wineries were close by. Will definitely be back!

A dreamy vacation location!

Communication was amazing, the property was clean and well kept. It was everything we hoped for during our ladies' trip. We just wished two of the adirondack chairs had been washed of bird droppings so we could sit on them. Overall, they were attentive and Marcel (spell?) with the vacation management company, was so helpful and kind when we phoned in to navigate the wifi/tv. The outdoor area including pool, fire pit, and view are absolutely stunning!!! We would be happy to stay here again!

Super impressive property. Canā€™t imagine a better situation. Beautiful indoor space but the outdoor space is where the magic is. Canā€™t articulate how much we enjoyed the infinity pool. It looks directly out over rolling hills and vineyards for miles. The ultimate backdrop was the coastal range during sunset. Soak in the pool or spa with a glass of wine and watch till it gets dark. Bonus were the distant coyote pack howling at night. What a great experience we all had at this place.

Relaxing Escape

The house was incredible. It has a nice open layout but also a couple separate activity areas indoors and additional areas outdoors if needed. The property was well maintained and comfortably heated during our stay. Just note that all of the bedrooms are on the second floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time here during our annual girlsā€™ weekend. The staff at PRVR answered all of our questions and made the booking process very easy. The home was very clean, and had plenty of space for all of us. The pool and views were the best part! The pool was simply stunning. We enjoyed hours in the pool and watched the gorgeous sunset each night. A few things needed some maintenance/upkeep: the pool umbrellas were unusable, and the kitchen area rug has seen better days. There also wasnā€™t any ice made when we got there, which was inconvenient because it was hot! And some sturdier plastic drink cups for the pool area would have been nicer than the Solo cups we used. But the beds were comfortable with what were obviously pretty much new sheets, the kitchen had what we needed, and really, the pool! So fun. Thanks for a great stay.

Really was Nirvana

The property was all that it promised. We enjoyed the all amenities especially the pool and hot tub despite the cooler weather. Sunsets and cotton clouds added to the atmosphere. Only thing was that the barbecue grill didn't get enough heat and flame didn't work well so we weren't able to use it. Would come back again to unplug and rejuvenate from the day to day grind. Thank you for the memories!

Our stay was great. The view was absolutely amazing. Spent a ton of time in the pool & hot tub enjoying it! Had a key lock issue and a water issue at various points in the trip and they were super responsive and resolved our issues right away. Would definitely return!

Perfect Vacation Spot

They're not kidding with the incredible sunsets! There's nothing better than enjoying the view from the infinity pool, hot tub, or comfy outdoor sofa. Very well set up for a peaceful, idyllic getaway. We had a small snafu with getting in, but the property manager was responsive and friendly. We've never rebooked a property but I absolutely would with this one.

Excellent pool with jacuzzi. Very clean inside. No TV's in the bedrooms.The Bad: Horribly uncomfortable furniture in living room. Obvious deferred maintenance that downgrades the experience. Power went out at 8 am on our last day and we could not use anything in the house so we left early. Trip hazard rug in kitchen had to be moved to garage during our stay.Summary: Met our needs for privacy, jacuzzi and pellet stove. Just some TLC and a few hundred dollars in repairs/upgrades are sorely needed in order to make this a premium stay.

Charming views, hottubs plural

Some of us went for midnight swims. Others were up at dawn for sunrise. We cooked, we ate and we played, and we never once in the two days there felt compelled to leave. My friend was able to charge her Tesla in a 220 plug in the garage. The breaker for the pool cover is outside in the yard up the hill a little and located near an old kids play structure (which I'm guessing should not be used based on appearances and disrepair). Contacting the house manager for this issue and asking for someone to come and figure out the pool cover switch took about 25-30 minutes. The actual switch is located in the fire pit I believe. Also, know that there are two breaker boxes back there, so look for the one labelled pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good stay. Although, the pool area needs lots of attention. Pool was dirty, hadn't been vacumed. There were no lounge chairs, chairs, tables and worst of all NO shade of any kind. We had to go purchase an EZup. The outside decks and patios were dirty upon arrival. We had to hose everything down before enjoying. Also, we had to text the Management company every time we wanted to turn the spa jets on, pool and spa lights on and to adjust the temperature. Which we did not find out until our last day. Very inconvenient! House was clean and the views were amazing.

Reviewer Comments: I read all the reviews prior to coming, I should have known but there were really good reviews too so I thought maybe the issues were fixed. We arrived and the outside was unkempt, grass hadnā€™t been moved in a month. I walked in to a really gross smell, upstairs someone had spilled or vomited and they just sprayed carpet spray over it and it was crunchy to walk on, also had a smell upstairs. I thought oh well! Went to get into the pool there was a dead mouse. I live on a cattle farm and we stay in lots of VRBOs, when I emailed management they chalked all the problems up to a farm house. The next morning I woke to earwigs all over the downstairs. I cleaned on my hands and knees and called management. They brought me a cleaner. Over all the company was just doing what they had to, the should have offered a different house for the second week. Honestly not looking forward to going back. The gate is really janky and temperamental as well. Also needs new carpet, and a paint job. This house has an amazing view and nice pool and so much potential. Everything is like they ran out of money or half *** did everything. House is decorated really cute. The pictures are a lot prettier then the house!

Great view. Some expected amenities lacking.

The views from the living side of the home and the master bedroom were excellent. We called the property management the morning after we checked in with a few questions and complaints. Imagine checking into a master bedroom that had a padlock on the closet door and no place to hang any clothes for a five day stay. There was an armoire with drawers and a pair of doors, but a shelf instead of any place to hang clothes. A bedside lamp that had its unplugged cord lying on the ground with no apparent place to plug it in. A spa that was not clean with hair pins lying on the bottom and a limited supply of propane (none for the firepit and a small amount for the BBQ.) The management sent someone over the first day while we were out and left propane, got the lamp plugged in and put in a clothes pole and left hangers inside the armoire, but the space left below the hanger was inadequate to hang men's shirts on, let alone a dress. At least they tried to address our concerns. It was not until two days later that someone came by to look at the spa and their attitude was that it was as clean as it had ever been. They dumped a bunch of chemicals in and left. We never chose to use it. The house layout was somewhat odd. I may have missed this on the description, but all the bedrooms were upstairs and the third full bath was downstairs. We had expected that each bedroom had easy access to its own bath. The curtains in the master bedroom were shoddy and so thin that the light in the morning, since there were lots of windows, was a bit overwhelming to be able to sleep past sunrise. The kitchen had no sauce pans, just large pots, and no real mixing bowls. And finally there seemed to be an infestation of earwigs in the bath and kitchen areas, and the HVAC system needs to have the return air filter changed. Those last two items were not reported to the property management. Not up to our expected vrbo standards for the price.

The location was a bit further out but the privacy, views and pool made it so worth it. The only down sides to this property is that there is only one primary bedroom and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs. Positive note...thereā€™s a full bath on the first level. Petty but needs changed....the rug in the kitchen was an immediate tripping hazard. We literally pulled it up and stowed it in the corner for the remaining trip. Iā€™m pretty sure 3 people tripped on the raised corners and edges in the first five minutes of arriving. Everything else was great!!! I highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: First day is definitely not perfect with the PGE power outage, but the property itself is pretty nice especially the outdoor and the pool and the stunning view. The house is maintained very well. The house is very clean, it has all it needs. The guest bedrooms are towards the smaller size but works for us. However, the bedroom curtains can be improved, one of the bedrooms has no black out curtains and the curtain color is white, the room has two windows and facing East which it gets very warm in the morning and extremely bright, it is definitely not easy for sleep in or can easily wake up very early because of the brightness. Other than that, everything works very well, nice place and absolutely stunning view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time, the pool was not heated, when I called I was informed that I needed to pay extra for that. It worked out though because the jacuzzi was hot and used the pool as a cold plunge. Quiet, clean, secure. Great experience..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 3 couples fro 3 different churches that gathered at Nirvana. We loved the pieceful, rural environment of Nirvana. The house feels like a home. The weather prevent us from using the outdorr features but that did not seem to matter to the joy we had in gathering.
