Townhouse private floor

The rental is in a 3 story townhouse at Hillcrest & 635 (LBJ Fwy). The Prestonwood neighborhood that surrounds us to the north is filled with nice, large family homes and a public park, and there are some residential rental properties to the south and east. Your room and ensuite bath are the only rooms on the first floor besides the garage. The second floor has the kitchen, living area, study and additional bath. Room: Small walk-in closet, internet, security system, cable TV (streaming upstairs). Lease / contract 30 days minimum. No animals, drugs/ smoking/vaping please.

I am the owner (female in my 30s) and my space is on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor kitchen, dining and living area are shared.

Garage: The garage is abnormally small, and only a small to midsize sedan or crossover will fit. A full-size SUV or truck will not fit. Any vehicle over 195 inches long will not fit, and there is no wiggle room in that measurement!

There are several public transportation stops within a mile including the Addision Transit Center at Spring Valley & Meandering Way, with the closest bus stop less than a 5 min walk. Google Maps is what I use to plan journeys! Uber and Lyft usually are available to pick up within 10 minutes anytime of day.
