At the foot of the Gorges de la Nesque, facing a beautiful breathtaking view of the Provençal valley, come and put down your suitcases in this modern villa with impeccable services.<br><br>Located on the edge of the town of Villes-sur-Auzon, Villa Chevalier will offer all the luxuries of a recently finished home.<br><br>Fully air-conditioned, the villa comprises a large, bright living room with a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a separate WC and laundry room on the first floor.<br><br>Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a large double bed (180 x 210cm box spring with 2 single mattresses) and the other 2 bedrooms contain the 90 x 200cm single beds.<br><br>The garden is fenced with 2 splendid terraces, a beautiful heated swimming pool (10 x 4 meters and depth 1.20 - 1.70 meters), a pool house and a petanque court. The swimming pool is open between May and October.<br><br>This accommodations are ideally located in a quiet area and it is a 10 minute walk from the center of the city. <br><br>Villa Chevalier offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy the sweetness of Provençal life with family or friends.<br><br>The house was built with the great comfort of its future guests in mind. The choice of bedding and linen has been particularly careful.<br><br>Cleaning and linen costs are included in the total price at €275 (€175 for cleaning and €100 for linen).<br><br>Bed linen and a bath towel and a hand towel for each person are provided. Pool towels are not provided.<br><br>About 500 meters from the house you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a small supermarket, an ice cream parlour and cafes/bars with their cozy terraces, restaurants, shops, a post office and an ATM.
