Beautiful 2BR Walkout Fenced & Gated Villa, Onsite parking, Pet friendly-2+acres

Mauricio and his wife was one of those guest that any host would love to have anytime. Respectful, very nice, always outgoing, and above all treat your property as their own. For about 2 months period they spent in the villa our cleaning crew didn't report any issue every time they clean the villa. They informed us every time they plan to spend the night else where, nothing but fluid and genuine communication. We definitively recommend them and will host them anytime in the future.

Dear Kathy, we are very sorry that despite everything offered to you we failed to satisfy your expectations. However, we feel obliged to correct many of the misrepresentations in your statements. You checked in from November 5th to November 8th, 2025, after we send you a list of questions that you send us during your inquiry phase. First, the items you indicated as not being clean are in the part of yard that is under construction by the basketball field and really separated from the whole property and not accessible by any guest. No wonder you didn’t mention anything about your large 2-bedroom villa and all the amenities that it offered. You also forgot to mention that you indicated to us that you have the best sleep in your life on our very comfortable mattress, in addition to the huge backyard and patio that you and your family use every night for family meetings as you drink coffee while enjoying the deer passing by. Furthermore, you indicated how your 80-year-old mother likes the size of her room and thickness of her mattress so much that she feels like coming back here for next family reunion in the area. The list of your compliments was on and on. UNFORTUNATELY, YOU DIDN’T INCLUDED ANY OF THESE IN YOUR BADLY MISREPRESENTED REVIEW. Second, they were guests who checked out in that same property just days before you from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025, and please read the 5 stars review that they provided along with about 90% of the 5 stars reviews we received from about 550 guests since inception 6 years ago. IT TAKE AN HONEST AND MATURE PERSON TO WRITE AND HONEST AND SINCERE REVIEW SPECIALLY AFTER THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBER LIKE YOUR MOTHER INDICATED THAT AND WE DO HOPE YOU FIND A BETTER PLACE NEXT TIME.

You are so confused about yourself that you can't even provide a proper description of the villa where you spend a week in. --- please go back and read all the reviews from the last 6 years and nothing close to your description of this beautiful property. -- BY THE WAY THE DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL TO SEE ON THE VRBO SITE.------- Fortunately we have all the fresh data to show your character to all other host out there. 1)FIRST YOU CHECKED IN WITH 2 DOGS AND NEVER PAY FOR AS INDICATED BY VRBO TO YOU IN THEIR MESSAGE.-----. 2) On December 1st, 2024 we send you a message below including the pictures and videos of all the violations indicated:----- (Hi Lisa, After your checkout the cleaning crew added the following fees in your check out bill as you failed to follow our check out procedures.---Please send the following extra charges as indicated:---There is Pet stain in the second bedroom floor carpet: $256.00----Pet Fee: $45 (You indicated that you have 1 pet instead of 2)----You left uncompleted full laundry in the washing machine, thus the entire laundry needed to empty and sanitized the stingy odors in the laundry room, $95. ----Additionally, it's a total violation of our policies to use eating utensil for pet food as you did, SEE THE PHOTOS. ----Our pet policy indicated that pet customer is responsible for all pets need including drinking and eating bowl, not using our plates for that purpose.----Additionally, customer is responsible to empty all garbage can outside in the garbage bin, not leaving that in the dining room floor as you did. ----Regards) ----- NOT ONLY YOU DENIED EVEN AFTER YOU SAW THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS, BUT YOU STARTED TO TALK ABOUT CODE VIOLATIONS THAT DOESN'T EXIST JUST TO DEVIATE FROM YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. ------ This platform is not large enough to share all the messages, pictures, videos and information exchanged with with no result. ---- On December 3rd, 2024, we send you the message below:--(Currently we just provide you with information indicating what wen wrong and how to resolve it, it's up to you to resolve it and close this issue, or escalate it with all the consequences involves. ----Currently, your VRBO account indicated that you owed $390 for this hosting and is overdue since November 30th, 2024 and VRBO expect that you address it by making that payment, if no then we will proceed with other options indicated, though we will prefer no to go that way.---Lisa, we will let you decide how to proceed)-- At the end we decided to dropped the issues and accept the lost. We will think that at your age, 63 years old you will have some humanity left to understand that we all reap what we saw. We can guarantee you that, as long as you still on the VRBO or Airbnb platform every host will come to know about you the same way that 99% of our guests on both platform provides 5 start ratings about our property.

Dear Bing Garrido. We're sorry to know that we happened to be your first negative review. What is travesty of judgement as all our guest don't agreed with you as reflected in the wonderful reviews provided pertaining non only about our properties but also about or service. Judging by your complaints we understand that you were disappointed by the renovation on the main house above, and that make sense to us as we indicated that to you at your check-in about the inconvenience that may cause to you. However, ignoring all the beautiful amenities offered by our properties as clearly noticed by our former guests, the top notch customer service of our property manager, and discrediting the newness of our beautiful villa is deceitful, and untruthful. Even your text message send to our property manager on Friday morning January 12th, 2024 after replacing your requested hair dryer contradicted your conclusion since you were very satisfy up that day about the promptness and quality of service received and the beauty of the premises. Thought we provided and excellent review about you, we definitively would not recommend you to other host as exemplary guest. Warm regards Jean

Myckey and son were very easy to deal with guest. Myckey was very easy to communicate with, very nice and they followed house rules and kept the villa very neat and clean as they leave. Type of guest every host should have and we will love to host them in the future again.

Ms Nazzi really failed to follow the VRBO and our rental's policies house manual as it related to following basics hosting rules. We have hosted many guest in the past but none of them ever got or claimed to be confused about what they are renting. These information are clearly indicated on the site. The 1Br and the 2BR are separated, individually listed, and each has own door and furnishing. On day one Ms. Nazzi entered into the next door guest' kitchen since the 1BR kitchen is in the separate hallway and complained that we didn't clean the house because the fridge contain food. We explained to her that she must be in the wrong villa and that could be another guest villa because her villa has 2BR and the cleaning crew just completed the cleaning of her villa the day before. The next day she called and complained again that her fridge is not cleaned, her 2nd bedroom bath is in the different hallway, and she doesn't know what belong to her her anymore. Just week earlier that villa was rented and the guest provided an excellent review about the same villa on the site, the 2BR rented from 09-09*2022 to 09-11/2022. (Please see the review). Mr Nazzi was nagging about everything, from the check in time to the ramp or the step going in the back yard, and belligerent, disrespectful, and screaming on the phone about how we messed up her vacation. We went out of our normal check-in procedures to accommodate her mom with wheelchair, allowed her to check-in very late at night pass 2am, and we provided her with all the utensils in her villa to make her staying enjoyable.. Despite the fact that we repeatedly indicated to her that it's a violation of our policies to enter or go beyond the perimeter allocated to her and defined in the site and going to next door guest villa or living area, she still insisting about having the right to used the area she rented as she wish. We had to called the 1BR villa guest to apologized for her multiple violation and her disturbing behavior. Despite all these, she failed to follow the checkout procedures indicated in the house manual, in fact she complained about the validity of the house manual. We will never host her again and we don't recommend her to any other VRBO host.
