Welcome! Please read before booking

My home is fully themed and designed for a fun, memorable stay! Enjoy the Coke room, Barbie room, Braves-themed theater, a beautiful flower wall, two office setups, and more.

Perfect for families and groups:

* 4 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms (1 bedroom is the basement and it's huge!)
* 10 real beds + 2 air mattresses
* Basement with theater, foosball, and darts
* Spacious open kitchen

Conveniently located near Truist Park & The Battery, Perimeter Mall, Six Flags Whitewater, Northside Hospital, and Kennestone Hospital.

Amenities include:

* Apple TV + projector in the movie room
* Kitchen with blender, cooking pans + regular coffee maker (no coffee provided)
* Fiber internet
* Towels, toiletries, blow dryer, iron
* Washer/dryer + microwave

House Rules (Please read carefully)

I aim to provide a great experience for everyone, so these rules are strictly enforced:

* Please book with the correct headcount.
Any additional guests beyond your original booking will be charged $25 per person, per night (regardless of how long they stay) and must be paid within 48 hours of check-in.

* No in-town (local) guests. Reservations from local guests will be canceled without refund. If local guests arrive, this is considered a violation and may result in immediate removal.

* Booking guest must be 25+ years old.
Kids are absolutely welcome when accompanied by their parents or guardians.

* No parties or events. This will result in immediate removal with no refund.

* No outside/unregistered guests allowed at any time.

* No shoes inside the home.

* Maximum of 6 cars total (driveway + street).

* No pets due to severe allergies.
Violations will incur a $2,000 cleaning fee.

* No smoking or drugs of any kind inside the home.
Smoking fee: $3,000 for deep cleaning.

* Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Additional Fees (if applicable)

* Early check-in (if available & pre-booked): $100–$200
* Late check-out (if available & pre-booked): $100–$200
* Late check-out without approval: $200

Absolutely no parties. You will be removed from the property immediately with no refunds for violating lease terms.
No smoking inside of any kind. There is a $3000 cleaning fee associated with this.
No pets of any kind. I have severe allergies and the last time somebody violated this rule it cost them $3000 to clean out all the vents.

Great stay in the Atlanta Area

The property was super clean, comfortable, close to everything we needed without having to get in the Atlanta traffic every time we left. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. We really enjoyed the square in Marietta for multiple fantastic meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and super clean

We were in town for a baseball game at Truist park. The location of this house was perfect! The house was super clean! Smelled freshly cleaned and not a speck of dirt anywhere. Would definitely stay again!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the traveling family.

Our stay was great we had two senior citizens with us and they were able to use the master bathroom and the big walk in shower with ease. The location was reasonably close to get to Truist park and neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We had no problems and checking in/out was simple enough. Great place for a great price! I would book again.

Great Thanksgiving Stay!

Thank you for lovely stay in your immaculate, darling home. The photos represent the property well! Owner was great at communicating. There was lots of room. Master bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend the Civil War to Civil Rights as well as the Carter Library tours.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Marietta, Georgia

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Marietta, Georgia. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located near the highway and close to many attractions. The owner was very punctual and responsive to any comments or observations we had. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Marietta.

Love this house!

This house was so fun! It fit our group perfectly. The owner or property manager was incredibly helpful and we had the best time at this house. I loved the way the house was set up and the creativity of the different rooms. It made it super fun! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Nice house for baseball tourney stay

We stayed here for a week long tourney in East Cobb. The house was very clean and conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the different sets of fields. Worked out great for our needs. The adults enjoyed the back deck at night and the boys were able to hang in the basement. The water heater tripped our last morning and Tracy immediately responded with how to fix it so we were able still get cleaned up in time to catch our flights. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Great family home in a great location

We came through on a road trip and stayed a couple nights and this house was perfect. We caught a Braves game and did a couple things in Atlanta and this home was convenient to all. We liked the downstairs area and we let my in law's have that area to themselves. My 6 and 2 year old girls loved the barbee room and my 8 year old son liked the coke room. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that was great for a family walk in the afternoon. We will certainly stay here again when we are in the area. The host was great and communicated quickly when we had to contact her.

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home and very spacious. The location was nice and convenient to everything. The chairs and barstools were loose and needed to be tighten. Also, the water doesn't stay hot long, even when no-one else was using it. Other than those two things, everything was great. House was well stocked with all necessities, which was new for me because other homes ive rented.

Loved our stay!!

We had a great experience. Tracy was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She has supplied the home with everything you would need and more. I love that the home is decorated but not too much! For families with littles it can be overwhelming making sure things aren’t messed with. The rules can feel overwhelming but it all went well. The location is great and central to a lot of things. If you go around this ti e of year definitely check out Life University’s Christmas light display… only a 10 minute drive away! Thanks Tracy for hosting us!!

Older house but still very nice.

The stay was great. Some simple things need to be done, like painting and fix a few holes in the wall. Other than those few things the house was great a bit older but nice. One other thing is they need someone to make sure all wash clothes are cleaned and not thrown under the sinks.

Clean, Roomy & Convenient

The location of the house is very convenient. We were easily able to get to The Battery, downtown, midtown, and Roswell. The house was roomy and had lots of space to hang out. If i had to make a wish list or suggestions, I’d love a barbecue and a better coffee machine. :) besides that the kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed hanging out in the basement. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Enjoyable stay

The rules and associated fines/penalties were intimidating and made the stay a little uneasy at first but we had no problems and enjoyed our time there. Great sleeping arrangements and really comfortable beds. Good location, with plenty of shopping and eateries near by. I would definitely stay there again.

4th of July Baseball Visit

Great home for visiting Truist park for some baseball games. Cute decor and ample space for family to relax. Kids enjoyed the Braves room. Convenient to highways for downtown Atlanta. We visited the World of Coca Cola and the Aquarium. Marietta was convenient for dining.
