Beautiful, beachfront, very well equipped apartment in Westerland

Our goal is that you feel comfortable with us. Our apartment is very comfortably furnished and would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The sophisticated equipment fulfills all your wishes. Feel at home and enjoy your well-deserved vacation in our beautiful apartment.
Our apartment is in close proximity to downtown Westerland. You can reach the beach, the pedestrian zone and the train station in a few minutes on foot.
But not only our apartment is the focus of this website. We would like to show you what you can do to spend your time with different kinds of experiences. What is certain is that there are so many options that there is something for every taste and you are therefore not faced with the decision of whether to do something, but what to do next.
Our apartment is on the 1st Floor of a house completed in June 2015 with a total of 4 apartments. The house is very quiet on a side street in 2. Row with its own parking space and yet in the heart of Westerland. Downtown, beach, shops and train station are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The upscale amenities offer everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms. Furthermore, there is a DVD player, which leaves plenty of scope for individual design.
There is a bathroom on each floor (below with shower, above with tub).

The living room is very comfortably furnished with a large couch and armchair. The kitchen with dining area has everything that is needed for everyday life. Ceramic hob and microwave are available as well as a coffee machine, toaster and much more.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Thermostats in each room make it possible to set the temperature individually.
Environment: The hot water and the underfloor heating throughout the house are supported by a solar thermal.

Our guests can also make free calls to the German landline and mobile network as well as WiFi.
