Set on a large, open lot shared with the Gîte du Cerf, it features a wooded park with fruit trees, bordered by the L’Huitrelle River (unsecured access), ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. On-site amenities include pétanque, a ping-pong table, badminton, a soccer goal, and darts. Family-friendly feature: a private game room with a foosball table, a kids’ corner, and board games. The cottage can be rented on its own or in combination with the Gîte du Cerf (sleeps 10) to accommodate larger groups, while maintaining separate living spaces. The town of Mailly-le-Camp, 5 km away, offers all necessary amenities. (Reservations are confirmed very quickly.) Spacious and bright cottage, ideal for stays with family or friends. First floor: Large living area featuring a cozy living room, a bright dining room with access to the patio, and a fully equipped open kitchen. One double bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs: Reversible air conditioning, a mezzanine with a sleeping area (sofa/pull-out bed), two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, and a separate toilet. Private game room: Sofas, foosball table, board games, children’s corner, and tea/coffee area. Outdoors: Private terrace with patio furniture, barbecue, and lounge chairs.
