Luxury Retreat: Amazing Mountain Views + Hot Tub

The Crescent Retreat is a luxury experience with Super Host status.

The retreat is filled with stylish decor, modern appliances and updates, cathedral ceilings, and stunning year-round Mountain Views that can be seen from every room.

The mountain views are beautiful from the 37 ft outdoor deck that features a Hot Tub, gas grill, ceiling fans, rocking chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a hammock.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and downtown Ellijay.

The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove with two ovens, a wine fridge, and fully stocked pantry with all of the cooking and grilling utensils you could imagine. There’s a regular coffee machine and an original espresso Nespresso machine, just bring your pods. Ground coffee, tea, and filters are provided. You’ll find a marbled dining table with room for four in the kitchen and a full washer and dryer including detergent and softener in the utility closet.

The living room features 17ft cathedral ceilings with the best Mountain Views from the blue velvet sectional couch in front of the indoor gas fireplace. There’s a 65” Smart TV in the living room fully equipped with all of the streaming applications.

The king bedroom features Mountain Views, a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a private full bathroom with glass shower. Inside the bedroom closet, you’ll find a set of Corn Hole boards and a Dyson vacuum.

The queen bedroom features Mountain Views, a Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a full bathroom that has a shower bathtub combination. Inside the bedroom closet, you’ll find find a pack-and-play, children`s toys, and a ton of board games and books for adults and children alike.

The 37 ft covered back deck features a new Hot Tub with privacy curtains for seclusion. There’s a set of rocking chairs to sip on coffee or wine while overlooking the mountains, a dining table, hammock, ceiling fans, and string lights.

On the covered front deck, you’ll find additional outdoor seating with timed string lights and an outdoor gas grill with propane provided. Around back you’ll find an outdoor wood fire pit with additional seating.

There is no leasing office, you will drive directly to the residence for access. You will automatically receive a unique access code for the Yale keyless entry system the day before check-in.

Nested in the North Georgia mountains is where you’ll find the Crescent Retreat. Conveniently center 10 minutes from both downtown Blue Ridge and downtown Ellijay.

Parking is easy and plentiful in the driveway with space for multiple vehicles, trailers, and boats.

The house is on a septic system, please use extreme care with plumbing and sinks. Please only use septic tank safe toilet paper, place all feminine products in the trash, and do not place any food or grease in the sink as there is no disposal.

It is very important to be diligent about not leaving food or garbage outside of the house. Garbage must be left inside of the house or disposed of inside of trash bags in the Bear Box at the back of the house. All trash must be placed inside of a trash bag or else it will not be picked up. Please do not place any trash in the Bear Box without it being in a trash bag, including large items like pizza boxes. Please be diligent as bears are very active in the area.
