Great location on Lake Windsor. House is well stocked. Our family with their spouses and couple grandkids had a great time. Fit us all comfortably. Having the boat in the backyard was a real bonus.

Our daughter got married at Mildred B. Cooper Chapel. We had a small ceremony with immediate family only. We then came back to your home for a dinner in the backyard. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend, owners were very attentive & quick to respond to all our questions!

Exactly what we needed!

Planning a trip that includes your husband, your elderly parents and your 7 kids (aged 21, 29, 16, 14, 12, 4, & 2) is not an easy task! We wanted a get-away and had a list of requirements: 1) CLOSE to water (so my parents could walk), with flat terrain to the water, and with the ability to fish, play in the water, and swim. 2) Hottub, 3) main floor rooms for me & my husband and my parents 4) separate area for the kids to hang out 5) short drive to grocery or sightseeing 6) space for our family to eat together 7) feeling of privacy. This property checked every box!! The house was clean & comfortable. It was very child-friendly while still beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. They had plenty of beach towels. Access to kayaks and paddle boards was awesome! Being able to add the boat rental one day was icing on the cake. The only complaint anyone had: my 14 year old was disappointed when he found out we forgot to pack popcorn seasoning and sad there wasnā€™t any in the cupboards. If lack of popcorn seasoning is the only thing we can list as a negative (and letā€™s be real, thatā€™s a him problem, not a house problem!) Iā€™d call it a perfect experience!!!

This house went above and beyond our expectations! We hosted our daughterā€™s grad party one night and not only was there plenty of space the views were incredible! Donā€™t hesitate on booking this, itā€™s too great to pass up!

Great House for Teens

The kids loved the downstairs with bunk room and their own living room, kayaks, and paddle boards. We loved being so close to the water. We enjoyed the waterfalls hike and the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Great trip!

Amazing house

Came to visit with 3 couples. Home is situated in a perfect location. House has everything you need plus more. The communication with Maria could not have been better. Her response to questions was in a timely manner. Easy check in and check out.

Great Lake getaway

This property is so cute on the inside. It was clean and had everything we needed! We rented the boat and enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards too. The neighbors have several bird feeders so we got to enjoy the many birds flying around.

Perfect location

Everything was set up to have a great vacation. Mountain biking station and parking in the basement. Hot tub and lake toys available at the dock. Flat level walk to the dock which is rare in Bella Vista lakes.

Great Family Time

Our out of state family was in for our grandsonā€™s high school graduation, and this was an amazing experience. Everyone had plenty of space and beautiful views of the lake. We really enjoyed the boat and our host was very friendly, accommodating and very quick to communicate throughout the trip. Definitely worth checking out if you have plans to visit the area.

An amazing location on the lake

We loved our stay at this clean and roomy home. Communication was excellent and we had give this 5 stars all around. We had a fun boat ride. We enjoyed the balcony playing board games and enjoying the weather. It was a perfect place to hang out and spend time with our family.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista. The house was nicely furnished, with a large grassy yard. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Good location, close to activities and restaurants in Bentonville. Easy check-in and good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Adventure Landing

This was the perfect property for our family to get together and celebrate the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was great, easily accommodating all of us, the location was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property. Maria was great to recommend a number of options in the area for our family to check out to keep us all busy. The biking trails were convenient, the hike we took was just minutes from the house as well. We had everything we needed and more! I know everyone in our family will remember this Thanksgiving for years to come.

Amazing getaway

We had an amazing time at this house. Communication with Maria was excellent and she helped us when we needed some support for the hot tub. The trails nearby are cool. Itā€™s a short drive into town and some amazing restaurants. Everything was great. We brought our own kayaks however because the ones they had we very small and not very comfortable for longer paddles. The kids got out on the water and paddled around much of this ā€œarmā€ of the lake.

Beautiful place to land after a long day on the trails.

We had the best time staying here with friends. Our kids loved swimming in the lake, running through the woods, and just enjoying there room to roam.

Great view

Very nice stay. The view was very nice, however we did not take advantage of the lake or the lake toys. Our group did take advantage of the bike trails and crystal creek. The property was very nice and worked well for our group. Maria was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Fourth of July Trip

We had an absolutely awesome stay over the Fourth of July! This house was perfect for our large group (including 6 young kids)! We had plenty of space for family games, cooking meals, and of course enjoying time outside. The kids LOVED the boat and the lily pad! Maria went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Everyone is already talking about how we canā€™t wait to come back!

Spring Break Getaway

We came for a long weekend for Spring Break. There were 6 adults and 4 kids and the house was the perfect size. We did some hiking and the kids loved the Hot Tub. We went to Crystal Bridges and the Amazeum. Lots to do and the weather cooperated too! We have already talked about coming back again. Maria was very responsive and helpful.

We moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2007 with the plan to stay no more than 2 years but quickly fell in love with the trails, the oudoor opportunities, the people, and the pace of life. Here we are now with 4 children of our own and no desire to leave. We are avid mountain bikers and runners and LOVE being a part of this big small town - a town where everyone waves to each other, people still stop to say "hello," and smiles are a must. We hope you too will enjoy your stay and be impressed with all that NWA has to offer.

There's something so magical and relaxing about the water but there's also something so convenient about being close to town. Forget 40 minute drives, Adventure Landing is 4 minutes from our favorite restaurant and just 15 mintes from Bentonville. Not to mention the fact that the world's BEST mountain biking trails are less than 100 yards away and that the property has a flat 1-acre lot on the most peaceful and family friendly lake? Adventure Landing is a dream come true for us.
