Far from the city center, this apartment is ideal for long or short stays by offering all the comfort of “at home” in a green setting.
The apartment
It consists of 3 bedrooms (each with double bed), a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room. Everything is very bright with a view of nature. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For sunny days, you will enjoy your private terrace, but also the common garden and its swimming pool!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator.
The neighborhood
At the gateway to the Ardennes, the village of Louveigne offers you landscapes of preserved countryside on the borders of the Ourthe, Amblève and Vesdre Valleys.You will enjoy walks by bike or on foot, while being close to essential shops (small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, post office, etc.)

Sports and relaxation: Golf, Kayak, Plopsa Coo, Spa thermal baths, Aywaille Park and Remouchamps Cave

If you come by car , the house is 25-30 minutes from Liège and on a streetprivate leading to the property. There is private, closed parking with one space provided.
