This beautiful beachfront townhome is a perfect getaway for a couple or a family of 4 and is only a short walk (via the beach or the golf course) from the Ritz Carlton resort with its 4 restaurants and spa facilities. This peaceful 3-level corner unit is a modern and bright, air-conditioned home, just a few steps from the island's pristine beaches, with two outdoor balconies offering expansive views of the dunes and the Atlantic. You may even spy Gopher Tortoises and rabbits sunning themselves in the dunes as you walk out to the beach! The property has its own private entrance with off-street parking and also provides key access to the community pool directly opposite. This thoughtfully designed unit has fast WI-FI, 3 flat-screen TVs, a well-equipped kitchen with filtered water, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as 2 bathrooms with either a bath or shower and hair dryers.

Perfect location close to the Ritz Carlton, nearby golf, food and entertainment.

The property is well maintained and is well stocked with everyday kitchen supplies. We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend the first 2 weeks of our retired life.If you have never been to Amelia Island put it on your bucket list.

The condo was well stocked and had great bedding, kitchen utensils, and entertainment options. The condo was a bit dirty - some sand, food, crumbs left on the floor against walls and cabinets, and hair in the showers. Other than floors and baths, everything else was great! Beds were comfy, AC worked great, fridge and washer/dryer were good!

The condo was well apportioned and very clean, comfortable.All in all a great family memory with our daughter, her husband and our 8 month old grandchild.I'm reluctant to say Fernandina is great, because as a Florida old time is a last stand of what I know and love about FL.God Bless you and yours....

Our entire trip was wonderful but coming back to this condo every evening to wind down the evening was so comforting. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we could have thought about needing. The host was extremely helpful as well with answering all of my questions and responding in a timely manner. I don’t often give a 5 star review, because there’s always something, but this place and the people who manage it deserve a 5 star rating.
