All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants on each arrival to take care of the premises.

Via our website a security deposit of 400 euros collected will be requested on each arrival and will be returned no later than 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been observed. In this case, part or all of it may be retained.

## Neighborhood

Located in the heart of the Old Town, Rue des Casemates, the apartment is 150 meters from the Provençal Market, 250 meters from the Picasso Museum, and 100 meters from the Parking Pré du Pécheur.
Gravette beach is less than 500 meters away, and Ponteil beach is less than one km away.

The apartment is only 50 meters from the Place Nationale, bustling with restaurants and passers-by, which hosts the Brocante market twice a week.
Go down for an ice cream, take a walk in the old town or go get croissants or pissaladière on the square.
Go see a play at the Antibea theater a few steps from the apartment or a movie in the new Cinema Marenda Lacan complex (opening planned for summer 2023!) near the Post Office.
Everything can be done on foot, but you can also park your car nearby (Weekly packages available: q-park pré des pecheurs)

All amenities, shops and boutiques for shopping are accessible nearby, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy...
In season, the little train from the Post Office can take you to Juan Les Pins, where you can spend the day and discover other beaches.

A park for children is also available in front of the Post Office, in front of the Carrefour where you will find everything you need to do your shopping.

The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and squares where the Antibes meet on the terraces of cafes and restaurants.

Linen and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also available to each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away.

If you want regular cleaning it is possible and on request.
This service is billed at 35 euros per hour.

One or more changes of sheets and towels are possible and on request.
