This gorgeous 2 bedroom condo is immersed in the heart of downtown Atlanta and the city's premier attractions. Beautiful skyline views from the living room. Walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm/Phillips Arena, CNN Center, World of Coke and so much more to keep everyone busy. Also, available are Wi-Fi, Key fob access and smart lock to the front door.

This condo is located in the Peachtree Towers Condominiums, which is in the heart of downtown Atlanta. For this reason, parking is NOT free for Airbnb guests. There are plenty of convenient self-paid street parking lots around the building which most of our guest choose. The price ranges from $7-$10/hr or $20-$30/day.

PARKING - I recommend the AAA Parking. Parking can be accessed via Baker St. The cost is usually $25 per day and offers in-and-out privileges. There is also in open parking lot adjacent to the building – also accessible via Baker St.

For other transportation services, Civic Center Station (Marta) is 0.3 miles (5-7 min walk), Shuttles & Limo, taxis, and Lyft & Uber are all easily accessible and convenient to this property.

Loved the location to Dragon Con, little hard to unload, but parking in a lot 6 min walk away was fine. Only complain is that it had a cigarette smell to it. Would still book it agsin next year.

Great Stay!

This was a great unit for the price point. It was clean, comfortable, perfect location that was walking distance from a lot of great restaurants. The building is safe and secure and there is paid parking at a lot right next door. The apartment had all the basic amenities, plenty of towels and even some nice little extra touches like coffee pods, and some bathroom toiletries.

My husband and two friends stayed here for a business trip ~ and they loved it! Accommodations were perfect, and the host is so helpful, professional, and responds very quickly. We would definitely recommend!

GREAT Place!

We have stayed in several condos in this building - some ok, some yuck, but this one is GREAT! Lots of space - neat balcony - nicely furnished - well appointed kitchen - and the best part is the host! She is very kind and communication with her is wonderful.

Property was very nice and had all of the amenities listed in good working order. Just a short walk to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and Georgia World Conference Center. There are also a nice selection of restaurants very near by. I look forward to staying here the next time I am in the area!

Overall our stay was "fine". The best part was the location: very close to the aquarium & Coca-cola museum. There are coffee shops very close, and a great Mexican restaurant on the same corner as the condo's building. Communication with the host was also pretty good, usually replying within 2-6 hours.But the unit appears to have had a lot of wear and tear since the photos were taken, especially the bathroom.While clean, the wear and tear made it look a bit dirty (even though it was not), and the random ant traps scattered throughout concerned us (but again, we never saw any insects or other pests).SAFETY - From morning until night, lots of loiterers in front of the building and on the corner. Aggressive people monitor the surface lot next door, knocking on our car window asking for money.BATHROOM - extremely small with no shelves, and barely room for a toothbrush. The shower curtain needs cleaning/replacement, and the tub drained slowly during showers.KITCHEN - The only issue was that the compressor in refrigerator freezer was very loud when it kicked in: you could hear it in the bedrooms with the doors closed.MASTER BEDROOM - The closest had no shelf, and no hangars on the rod, making it mostly useless. A dresser and luggage stand would have made a world of difference. Bed was large, but springs are gone on one side. SECONDARY BEDROOM - Bed was comfy, but too big for the room. Hard to find room for the suitcase on the floor, and no night table for phone/clock.

Close to everything

The unit was just what we needed. Close to the Marta. Check in was easy. User error on the door code but the host was quick to answer at a late hour. Note the beds are platform so a little hard for older people to get in and out. Overall we would stay again.

Great condo close to lots of things to do!

The location of the property was great, lots of things to do within a 10 minute walk! The balcony was a great touch, unfortunately for us, it was too chilly to use! Another nice thing was that it was only a 5 minute walk from the MARTA Peachtree Center station. We didn't even need a car, just used MARTA for the 20 minute ride from the airport to the station and everything we did, with the exception of one dinner in midtown, was easily within walking distance. The condo was perfect to come back to after a day out seeing the sights. Comfortable and cozy to recharge for the next day.

This property is close to a lot of tourist attractions. Check-in was easy and the host accommodated our specific check in needs, for a fee. This is not at all a luxury apartment but it was a clean place to stay. The walls are paper thin so between the neighbors and the wind, it can be a little loud. The second bedroom is tiny and so is the bathroom but again, they served their puposes. I was satisfied with the stay.

Medical Professional

The facility was clean and organized but it is a very bad neighborhood. Building reeked of marijuana lots of panhandlers. Would not stay again.Oh, yeah I forgot, there was a shooting right in front of the building also. You can post my submitted review or I will on "X" and "Yelp" and every other platform, with video, and it will more in detail. I will be looking for it. I was being nice Additionally, the first Vrbo reservation for Atlanta was cancelled for no reason which left us scrambling to find this room.

Center of Atlanta For Sure

Staff was outstanding and really helpful along with the property manager answering all questions and advising on our trip. Room had a some aging and a lot of work was being done. Central location and everything was in walking distance. You have two liquor stores on the corner. Carry extra change because you will be accosted several times. People partying and yelling outside can be distractive. However, you want to see the city and walk around a good location.

It was a fine apartment for two nights

The listing describes it as modern and it is not modern. It is an old apartment where the paint has been patched and touched up. It was fine for two nights but would not want to stay there for an extended period. Clearly, eveyone in the building is renting these apartments. I had to contact the owner to get information the day of since she never reached out. She was nice and responsive after that but it appears better in the picture than it is in reality.

Convenient location

The location is everything we expected for our trip. We were walking distance to most things we were doing. This was a huge plus for us! The building is secure and it was easy to get in and out of. Downside-the building controls the temperature of each unit. This made it slightly uncomfortable (a fan was also not working during our stay). The screened patio was a huge win to help regulate air flow on the warmer days. Our host was very understanding when we let her know about the fan, and was going to ensure it was remedied. Other possible item to note (no fault of Taylor’s) is that the bathroom is VERY small. This more of an fyi than anything. Overall I would stay here again and appreciate Taylor’s hospitality.

Budget friendly Accommodation

Overall the space was as advertised and roughly the level of quality to be expected given the price point. That said it is very clear this unit is operated as a high turnover rental. Furnishings and finishes while serviceable were of rather low quality. The area around the building, which the host has no control over, is a bit rough. Its down town Atlanta so that is sort of a given. But top points for convivence. Cleaning crew needs to clean under the beds ... there were plenty of left overs from prior guests I noticed as I was making sure nothing of mine had ended up under them when getting ready to leave. Issues that were found upon check-in and could be immediately addressed were handled promptly by the host. Note if you are renting the unit number is in a the WIFI network name when check-in info is sent to you. My check-in notice didn't clearly state the unit number and that caused a little trouble getting sorted with building security.

I wouldn’t book here !!!

This place was definitely not what I expected at all. Just to park was 61 dollars for 2 days.The parking lot was surrounded with dudes I really didn’t feel safe leaving my car out there,the check in process I feel like was a little extra the couple my friends)that we were with had already checked in so I was thinking that we could just go up to the apartment complex since we were all staying together well,that wasn’t the case we had to check in as well which I feel like was just a waste of time because they had already hadeveryone’s information that was staying in the apartment plus the lady in the front lobby was rude anyway got on the elevators got to the floor the hallway had a very weird smell,my friend had put the code in twice just for the door to open every time to get in.you know how you feel when you get somewhere and you immediately feel uncomfortable that’s exactly how I felt when I walked in,first thing there that caught my eye was the couches they just looked filthy next was the kitchen the ceiling had a big piece of wood with nails in it covering some thing I don’t know what that was about also my friend went to clean some glasses out for something to drink.Turned on the sink and the sink started leaking.There was water all over the floor.My friend shoes got ruined onto thebedrooms the beds were basically on the floor I didn’t have a good night sleep it felt like it was crumbs all in the bed.the nextmorning my boyfriend tried to take shower the water didn’t work

Desiree - as a guest, you are entitled to your review and opinions. But as a host, with nothing but 4 or 5 star reviews, I must respond to the inaccuracies of your review. Please note that on the listing there is a section that shows there in on-premises parking that is paid. Therefore, if you did not want to pay for parking, this was not the listing for you. I also go on to provide that parking is approximately (meaning it could be less or more) $25 per day. So, paying $11 more than what is stated is pretty accurate from the listing details. Please note that I allowed for your friends to check-in without you, which is not the rules of the unit. The person listed on the reservation must check-in; however, I made those accommodations for you due to your car situation. Additionally, you are stating your frustration about the security of the building, which is to ensure that the people coming into the building are indeed the people listed on a reservation. Many people appreciate that level of security. However, that is not of your liking and that is your personal preference. Also, if you would have liked to go straight into the unit, your guests could have come down to let you into the unit without you having to check-in. Furthermore, if the condo was so “filthy” or you felt “so uncomfortable,” you would have immediately left the condo upon your entrance. Your guests checked in at 4 and I was not notified of any issue with the sink until 12 am. Upon waking up and seeing your message, I immediately tried to rectify the situation, including giving you a refund for one night. Units are going to have issues and at this time during your stay, there was a problem with the sink. The water not working was due to the unit next to mine having work done and the building had to shut off the water to repair. Had you allowed for an investigation regarding the water, you would’ve been notified of such building issue. Lastly, there was no mention to me of feeling like you were sleeping with “crumbs” when you mentioned the sink issue to me, or that the beds are “on the floor.” A host can only fix what they are notified of. Additionally, the beds are platform beds and are as pictured the same as they are in person. The unit was just not for you. I wish you all the best in your future stays with other VRBO hosts.

Loved the apartment. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Great restaurants in the area. The apartment had everything we needed to cook. The host was very quick to reply to all my questions. We would absolutely book this property again.
