We had the best stay at Siesta Breeze!The house was perfectly clean, well stocked, and cozy! Our toddler loved the 'little pool'. We were traveling for IVF treatment. The house was close by to the facility along with lots of restaurants and stores and about 10 minute drive to the beach on Siesta Keys.It was so nice to not have to pack beach equipment! There were all the chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and toys that you could need!

Excellent Time

During our visit to Sarasota, we wanted to stay somewhere central so that we could access beaches, shopping, aquarium, amusement parks etc. and this location was perfect. They had all the beach gear we needed, accommodated a bed rail for my youngest, was very clean and has a great space for the kids to play around. They loved it.

Immaculate home

We loved this rental home. It was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a month stay. The back patio/pool area was great and we enjoyed the soaking pool especially after long rides on the Legacy trail. The neighborhood was perfect for nice walls and the locations

Home away from Home

The house is nicely Nautical updated. All new stainless steel appliances. Comfortable beds. Host very responsive before and during my stay. House fully stocked with items you didn’t know you needed but glad they thought of it . Like sun block band aids cooking oil olive oil. The heated pool was greatly appreciate for sore muscles on a chilly night. Will definitely stay here again for next soccer tournament.

Perfect family beach getaway

The best rental we’ve stayed at yet! We had to reschedule due to hurricane damage and from the initial booking through after checkout, Milena was so helpful and communicative! The house is clean, stacked with plenty of entertainment and relaxation and in a great location! We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful home again!

Great home, modern amenities, close to the brach

We absolutely loved our time. The game room was awesome. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. Initially I wasn’t expecting the house to be on a somewhat busy street, however it did not pose any issues and by the second day we viewed it as a plus - quicker access to wherever we were going. The pool was a bit small but the game room more than made up for any missed pool time. Excellently stocked beach gear in the garage. It was truly wonderful not to needed to purchase or bring anything else. I had a little trouble one day with the electronic front door lock but I suspect it was user error. The owner/manager responded promptly with a code change and we were in before we knew it. We would absolutely recommend and return again.

Amazing Villa for your Beach Vacation Getaway

Had an amazing time at this very cute Villa. Close to Siesta Beach! Had everything you would need.....and more. Would definitely recommend it and will certainly come back.

Harrell vacation

We really enjoy our stay. We have 4 kids and the house and pool were the perfect fit for us. The only thing we didn’t like was having to bother/message the owner when we wanted to turn pool jets on. During the day the house did get warm but all in all it was a great stay and vacation.

Fun in the Sun

This was a great find. The property was so clean and the location was great because we were able to go to both Siesta Key and Lido Key and neither was very far. The game room was a blast. I forgot how much fun playing games was. We would definitely stay here again. Hopefully soon.

Top notch experience for a fun, and at times frantic, weekend. My son graduated high school in Sarasota, and I wanted to host family from out of town to commemorate the event. The house was perfect for us - spacious, accommodating, updated and well appointed. The pool was a hit, but the game room probably saw more action :) Milena was super attentive to everything and was always in contact. It was an amazing and memorable weekend - many thanks for helping to make that happen, Milena.

Great House, but busy street

The house is really great - stylish, great back patio and pool. No dishwasher was only deficiency, but just a minor inconvenience. But the house is on a busy, yet residential, street - 4 lanes. And there is a very short uphill driveway. Getting in and out might be a challenge at certain times a day. And there was considerable road noise during the day. Other than that the house was clean, comfortable and very well done - our thanks to the host!

Great spot in Sarasota

This property worked great for our month long stay in Sarasota. Home is exceptionally clean and well-furnished for all our needs. Screened in Lani with pool was a hit with our grandkids and everyone else. 15 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and St Armonds. Will definitely stay here again.

Quick Sarasota get a way

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with every amenity we could want. Extremely comfortable. Very responsive to communication. Only negative is the steep driveway but by far one of the best vacation rentals we have done.
