The Timberon condos have been completely renovated with just recently been reopened. This 2 bedroom unit has a large open living room, open kitchen with granite countertops, wine fridge, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The dining room table has seating for 6.
One bedroom has a "floating" king sized bed, that can be separated into 2 twin beds.
The other bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress. There is a full sized sofa couch and a day bed.
There is a office desk for your laptop, if you insist on doing work during your getaway.
The feature that our guest enjoy most is a large covered deck with rocking chairs, hammocks and tables, to sit and relax and take in the magnificent views of the Sacramento Mountains and Lincoln National forest.
We are located right on the Timberon Golf Course, between the 1st and 2nd hole. We are only about 300 yards from the trout and catfish stocked fishing pond. The condo is about 350 yards from the High Country Lounge and grill and the community horse shoe pits. We have a shared 6 person hot tub.
We have an event area as part of our condominiums. We are set up with a 2000 square foot outdoor deck with 360 degree views of the golf course and mountains. There is a 6000 square foot area for tables, chairs, for events and activities. We are adding additional cabins and RV spots . Call us to arrange your event.
