Ready for beachfront fun? This bright townhouse is ready to welcome your group to a lovely vacation by the Gulf! Enjoy views from the deck, or get to work cooking up the vacation favorites on the private gas grill. Inside, enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning and cool wood-style floors. While you're waiting for dinner to come out of the fully equipped kitchen (complete with a a dishwasher and lots of prep space on the stone counters), feel free to pour yourself a drink from the wet bar. Make plans for the beach at the four-person breakfast bar, ten-person dining area, or out on the furnished deck with a fire pit while watching the waves come in. Enjoy an outdoor shower and a foot washing station. Low density beachfront neighborhood-Feels like you have your own private beach!

The first bedroom of this home is downstairs, and the only one on this floor. Just past the kitchen at the end of the hall, this bedroom features extra seating and a mounted flatscreen TV. A full bathroom with a standalone shower is just next door. Up the stairs, the second bedroom is just to the right. This lovely room features a private furnished balcony with an ocean view, mounted flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a sizeable triple bunk bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The fourth and final bedroom lies at the end of the hallway. This spacious room features a flatscreen TV and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for optimum guest comfort.

I love the beach I go ever year for my birthday and staying directly on the beach is always a plus. The middle room upstairs needs a tv!!! Everything else was great

Great beach house for a large family!

The view and walk to the beach was amazing! Loved having almost a private beach to enjoy the whole week. The home was very spacious even for a large family. Customer service was quick when you needed anything. The outdoor grilling area was great!

Family vacation

Family of 7 stayed. House was in a great location and very roomy. Needs a few repairs but would definitely stay again. Love that it was pet friendly.

Spacious and only steps from the beach!

This house was sparkling clean, everything felt new. It’s maybe 20 steps from the back door to the ocean. The view from the balcony upstairs is amazing. You can walk to Pineapple Willy’s for dinner. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and really nice! Love this place!

Great!!

The place was mostly clean there was a couple stains on the decorative pillow and the bed sheet but other than that it was clean. There is not a pull out couch anymore which was a real bummer because we had planed on someone sleeping on that there is only a big sectional which someone had to sleep on. I feel like I should be a max of 11 sense they don’t have the pull out couch anymore.

Great Stay!

My family of 8 stayed here for vacation. The location and views can’t be beat! It was spotless on arrival, smelt good and had a sweet note for us from cleaners. The management checked in and made sure all was well upon arrival as well. The beach is steps away out the back patio, it never got busy like it does around the condos. It was like having our own little private part of the beach. We have nothing but good things to say and great memories we’re made, we will definitely be back next year!

Great rental

This is a great location, steps from the ocean, plus staying in a townhouse is very convenient. The rental was neat, but could benefit from a deep clean; carpets were dirty, mold in the showers, dust everywhere. I did have an issue with the garbage disposal and response was quick. If I return to PCB I would rent this property again, you can’t beat the location (or the view). Plan on bringing your own beach chairs and towels, or buy them from one of the local shops, this rental does not supply them.

Beach location good House was clean The patio was missing the hose so we could not spray it off. The large patio box holding beach toys needs replaced… looked terrible which made the patio look terrible and the kitchen faucet is loose.

When we arrived at the home I was surprised it was an apartment style layout and not its own separate house. Once inside it was perfectly fine! A lot of rooms and a spacious kitchen, living room. We stayed a week here with 8 adults and 5 kids (9 months-4yrs). The bunk bed room was the only downfall of the house. Definitely THIN blankets in every room. I would recommend some dressers, there were 0 in the house. Overall we had a good time and it was spacious enough for our group.

Garbage furniture

Kitchen was nice, rooms were a nice size, but bathrooms upstairs were tiny. Furniture in the living room and dining room had to be from a garbage dump, they were so uncomfortable and in horrible condition. I expected so much more with the amount of money we paid for this townhouse. I didn't not recommend it.

Updated and Clean!

Everything was perfect with the property. Very clean, plenty of utensils, dishes, basic cookware, etc. We stayed in this unit a few years ago and it has undergone a very nice renovation since. Only complaint was that the freezer did no work all week, but management was very receptive and attempted to have it fixed multiple times; however, a spare fridge/freezer was brought in the next day to get us through. Only other suggestion is to bring your own beach chairs/umbrellas if you don’t already. Parking says 3 vehicles, but you can squeeze four if they aren’t large. 5 stars for this property.

Problems with Sand Spot

We had a major problem in that the refrigerator did not work. We contacted Vacasa and they were not able to send a repair person at all. On Sunday afternoon they brought 2 bags of ice. We had 4 children, including a 9 month old infant. So refrigeration was REALLY important or us. We managed the situation with ice and coolers but it was not convenient!! The air conditioning would not cool below 75 degrees, even at night. We used the fans but were not as comfortable as we would have liked. I think that the owner should refund part of our rental fee.

Would not recommend.

Upon checking in, the floors were filthy, turned our feet black within minutes. We had to wear our shoes the entire stay. The rugs were filthy with food and dirt stuck and caked in. The white handrailings were sticky and black. I used Clorox wipes to get them cleaned. The walls had spatter marks all over them from liquid (maybe drinks) being spilt all over them. The baseboards needed total sanding and repainting. The sliding glass door mechanisms needed cleaning. The indoor closet mechanisms needed cleaning and repairs as well. The curtains were rusted. The mattress covers were stained. The shower grout had mold/mildew build up. Inside some of the cabinets you could see water damage and mold/mildew. The fridge reaked of fish. It was total filth. The TVs were large and the mattress were alright. The unit was too large for the compacity of the hvac unit, so the back portion of the house was hot at all times. The kitchen items (dishes, cookware, and utensils) needed a total gut and upgrade. I went to Walmart and bought our own skillet and pans. The skillets that were provided were tephlon and scratched to h*ll and back. Nothing was sorted or organized, it was all mish-mash. The back porch is becoming unstable. When standing on the back porch you can feel it sway and giving way a little. The only positive was the proximity to the beach.

Great Spot - Minor Gripes

This location was great, for the most part. This location is part of a 5-plex. There are 5 other "townhomes" attached to it. The size of the location was great, it looks crowded from the outside, but inside was actually very roomy. Three of the bedrooms are very large and can easily accommodate two people, the bunk-bed room is a bit smaller, but it worked for the younger ones staying with us. What you're really paying for at this location is the beach access from the home. It was SUPER convenient to be able to walk out of the back of the house and be at the beach in less than two minutes. We were set up and enjoying the beach in less than 5 minutes. For that reason alone, this location is worth the money. The overall inside accommodations are great also. The living area is nice with a HUGE TV, the bedrooms with king beds are spacious and very comfy. The beds were amazing to sleep in. We stayed during spring break and it was still on the cool side, we needed extra blankets to sleep at night. We would have liked some heavier blankets, as all the blankets provided were thin, but we made it work. I saw one reviewer said the bathrooms are small. This is true. Bathrooms can only be used by one person at a time, unless someone is in the shower, then you can fit two people in there. Here are my minor gripes: Basic cleaning supplies should be provided. We had to purchase cleaning supplies for counters and garbage bags for the trash can. The following should be provided for guest use: extra trash bags, extra paper towel rolls, cleaning wipes for counters, detergent pods for laundry. The guests shouldn't have to purchase these things. One of the beds felt like there was sand on it. This didn't matter after a day because everything had sand on it by then. Just the nature of being near the beach. Additionally, the location said it slept up to 13, however, the dining table only sat 4. This required our group to have people stand in the kitchen to eat, eat in the living room, or eat outside. We enjoy having our meals together, but the limited space didn't allow for this. Again, these are minor gripes and the beach access and overall accommodations of this location made up for them. I'd definitely book this location again, our family and group had a great time.

November Blues

I’m struggling with this review because the home itself and the location are hands down 5 stars. I love the decor, the beautiful views, and the tranquility. However, the condition of the home when I got there was unacceptable. I realize that what happened to my family was probably a rare incident, but the $200.00 that the cleaning company reimbursed us hardly covered the cost of our time , disappointment, and peace of mind when entering this unit. We checked into the unit at 8:00pm (after 5 hours in the car with squabbling siblings), and all we were looking forward to was coming in and relaxing, so having to strip beds and wash the bedding, because they were visibly not clean, sweep sandy floors, put cushions back on the couches and chairs, and calm down grossed out kids and an upset husband was NOT at all how I wanted to spend our first evening of vacation. Also, there were several sand spurs in the living room carpet that unfortunately found there way on the bottom of my youngest child’s foot…which ended in bloodshed and tears😩I ended up having to purchase a blanket at Walmart so my daughter could get to sleep at a decent hour. Housekeeping didn’t show up until mid day on Saturday and by that point, I had already cleaned the unit and washed all of the linens. It would have been nice and definitely expected to have back up bedding available for the unit. I think my breaking point was on the 3rd day when I woke up in the middle of the night to get a drink and saw roaches scurrying around the kitchen floor. Seriously, that level of disgust has no words! Vacasa sent out pest control the next afternoon, but again…no one expects roaches on vacation at a place as nice as this (and it is beyond hard to relax when you know what is hiding in the cracks and walls🤮). For the amount of money spent to rent this unit, roaches are NOT even a thought on my radar. Just to be clear these were not tree roaches…these were house roaches! This is the second year we have rented this unit (last year was AMAZING) and while there was some wear and tear from renters who don’t treat a home like their own, the unit itself really is great, but the management could do a better job with the upkeep. I wanted this place to be one my family returned to year after year, but I am not certain we will risk it after this experience. For the record, Vacasa did respond to my texts and calls, they just don’t have the staff to respond immediately. Everyone I spoke to truly was apologetic and accommodating…that’s why this review is tough for me, but the issues did steal a lot of the rest and joy we were so desperately looking forward to.

Lovely home, amazing location

Every room is updated and fits 11 comfortably. The location is so prime being practically private right on the beach and just a couple hundred yards from a really popping beach bar (pineapple Willy’s). Also I’m very reasonable distance to mostly everywhere you’d want to go out for drinks or food. Hosts prepared the home very nicely as well. Would definitely go again!
